Forward thinking and prompt
3MG booking team were able to bring forward the maintenance visit (scheduled for July) in order for us to save money on a call out in May when we had to use one of the extinguishers and needed a replacement: I liked the forward thinking of the person who booked us in and the efficiency and pleasant attitude of the technician who attended and checked dates and replaced the out of date extinguishers.
