I needed assistance with purchasing proximity card, i dint had any info. I did not had any knowledge on what type of card, what programming number or anything. I worked with Dona and she pointed on the right direction, not only we got the correct cards she showed me a lot of different solutions we could use now our company is buying a better card and saving 25% This is AWESOME Thank You 3iD for this!!!

Excellent assistance by phone for my 1st time ordering. Very pleased.

The product that I order is great. However, my order was sent to another individual at my company. I used my login, my credit card, my address, my billing, etc. And, yet, for some reason my order was sent to another employee with no reference of my name. How does that happen?

BAD SERVICE I SUGGEST NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

Have not heard anything on order shipment now 8 days post order. This is taking much too long to process.

There is some confusion with the communication on our order as we now as of 1/29 have rec'd an email with a tracking number indicating a 1/29 ship date; however the UPS tracking says the item actually shipped on 1/24 and will be delivered on 1/29. Big difference in ship date; but nonetheless delivery on 1/29 will be good.

I placed an order for access cards and received a very helpful follow up call from 3ID which led to finding a solution for our facility that saved us hundreds of dollars and ensuring we had the best product that would meet our needs. Really appreciated the service. highly recommend.

I had an issue come up with my order. But my sales representative was persistent about getting it right. I would email a question, and she would reply right back. I had to have them delivered asap, it arrived 2 days earlier than expected! I will use this company again! Merchandise turned out excellent and customer service was exceptional!
