I was looking for a 5 router for my sons business as he works from a farm with no lines . After deciding on teltonika otd 500 i found 3 g router store at a competitive price and placed an order, it arrived next day as promised. I installed the router myself and am no expert and had a few different problems. I phoned and spoke to nick who was not only helpful but went above and beyond what I expected to ensure that we had a good outcome. Nick is an expert as far as I can tell particularly on teltonica, and as I also have another teltonica router in my camper they are an excellent company and very helpful with any setup. So my advice buy from 3G router store and you won’t regret, and may I add that in my experience if you read other 1 star poor reviews you can see that it’s the buyers who are at fault, treat people how you would like to be treated yourself!

Amazing customer service. I wont be shopping anywhere else. always on the end of the phone if you need halp or advice.

Today, there are only a few 5G outdoor routers available in the UK.
After a couple of weeks trawling YouTube etc, I finally found that the FourFaith 5G ODU is available from Millbeck.
It is competively priced and arrived after only a couple of days.
The router setup was easy and I'm pleased at how intuitive the routers GUI is to navigate.
Just need to sort out the best sim card and mount it on the roof now with a single PoE cat 6 cable.

Nick was excellent and gave us a product that resolved our internet issues perfectly. He also gave practical follow up advice in how to improve our signal further.

Setting up routers and networking can be complex, especially if you are not an IT expert. Each time I sent an email, I received a helpful response (from an actual person) within minutes and they had me up and running quickly. Compare this to an (unnamed) international firm that sells PLC equipment and Comms units, where you have to ask for help on a forum and wait days for a response, which may not arrive. Equipment massively cheaper too and easier to set up and customise. Excellent service and I am sure they will be there for any future challenges I may have. Will be buying many more routers for our business.

Needed to upgrade my router which I purchased in 2016 from 3G Router Store and had no qualms in buying from these guys again.

Spoke with a helpful chap and he advised an upgrade to an outdoor 5G router which I could connect to my existing internal setup - just plug it into my WAN Port.

Got the FNB600 Outdoor Router - I didn’t want 5G as I don’t get it here but once the benefit of CAT 20 4G in a 5G router was clearly explained it made sense why my old router was not getting the same speeds as my 5G iPhone.

Arrived next day, took a few minutes to install - I actually just tested it on my windowsill to start and was amazed at the performance and needed a bit of help with a question about aggregation and bands and my email was quickly replied to with what appears to be a customised video reply which made things really easy to understand

You know, sometimes you say “will definitely use again” - well I did and was not let down - thanks again for a wonderful experience

I first started with my own router but decided to upgrade to one they sell. Both times they were very responsive in answering all the pricing queries and gave great support in setting everything up.
Highly recommend.

Great people to deal with, very prompt responding to email/calls/requests for pricing, great prices, next day delivery with allocated time slots, can get hold of hardware not listed on website. Was going to several different suppliers to get best prices/service but now just deal with these chaps, 5 star A+++

Do not order from here. Two products shown in stock on website, neither were. Months of promises from them. Nothing ever came. No replies to emails.

Ending up claiming through credit card.

Pre sales is great - sadly, when there is a problem they’re not so forthcoming. I purchased expensive equipment from them and it simply doesn’t work - they take ages to respond to emails and when they do it’s a generic response and clearly, nothing is being done.

All sorts of waffle about technical teams and business partners but no acknowledgment of their issue and or attempt of rectifying it.

Purchase at your peril.

ordered a couple of routers and antennas - arrived the next day and were the best price I could find.

I ordered a router for my van from these people as their website advert said it was suitable for 'in-vehicle' use & suitable for a wide voltage range.
The product seemed to tick all the boxes, was a good price & was delivered very quickly.
So far, so good.

The problem began when I followed their 'get connected guide' instructions on their website to set the router up.
Followed their guide but router wouldn't connect. The router setup page wouldn't let me enter some of the information that 3Grouterstore's setup guide advised.
So I pressed the manual reset button to begin again, & make sure I hadn't entered anything incorrectly.
This caused the lights on the router to stay lit, & the router to 'freeze' where it didn't respond.

When I informed 3grouterstore, they (very curtly) said I shouldn't have bothered using the setup guide, & to send it back & they would have a look & get it back out to me in a couple of days, as I needed it in the van that weekend.

3 days later ,still hadn't received it so sent them an email which I didn't get a response to. Tried phoning, got fobbed off a couple of times with 'he's on the phone, will ring you back'.

As I needed one urgently, I had to look elsewhere. Found one other supplier of the same router, who was very helpful.
Until he tried to order the router for me from his supplier - 3Grouterstore!! - who informed him not to sell me one as I had damaged the other one by connecting it to a non standard power supply, ie in my vehicle! (They also managed to refund me within 15 minutes of my final email asking to cancel/ refund the order, but still no actual communication about the issue!)

When I checked their website advert again that evening, the router advert had been changed!! No mention of in vehicle use, voltages, or the 'get connected guide'. I thought maybe I'd mixed the information up from different adverts. Fortunately though, I'd kept a copy of the original advert, with all the original detail.

So beware if using this company, it seems they're happy to mis-advertise their products, ignore you when you have a problem, leave you in limbo, & then change their product adverts & blame the customer (through a third party) when their products don't perform as advertised!!

My experience with 3Grouterstore doesn't really even warrant 1 star, maybe trustpilot could add some negative stars!

Ordered a 4g router and antenna online - got them next day - quick and simple

Had the best prices for the items I needed - would recommend to anybody

I had previously ordered a Teltonika RUT550 4G router elsewhere which I was expecting the next day but my supplier told me after placing he order that they don't actually keep in stock (even though advertised as In Stock!!) and it would be 2 week lead time for equipment to arrive.

Did a search for the product online and found it on 3G Router Store who also advertised it as in stock so thought I would give them a call - very friendly and as it turned out the product I wanted was in stock and it was over £100 cheaper (only £175.00 compared to £290) - they assured me it was in stock and I placed the order and kept my fingers crossed. A few minutes later I got the order confirmation and invoice showing the IMEI and shortly after an email with the tracking details - got the router the next day as promised and needed a bit of support to get it up and running - when i called they said I had to submit an online support ticket but only took a few minutes and the response was immediate and I was up and running in less than five minutes - these guys were knowledgeable and friendly and importantly actually keep stuff in stock - would recommend and I will definitely buy again

If you are looking for rude, abrupt, offhand and shoddy service, choose 3GRouterStore.co.uk. I don't think I have ever been spoken to quite so rudely. They hang up on you and do not deliver as promised. My advice is avoid - check out aliexpress if you need a 3G or 4G Router.

I ordered a 4G Router from this website, when no product was received I started to chase the order. Eventually they sent me an email to say they do not sell direct to consumers they only sell B2B and have refunded my order.

Now first off I do run a business and the product was for business purposes so I have no idea where they get the information from. Secondly I've been through all the T&C's on the website and it states nowhere that they only deal B2B.

So they wasted much of my time and lied to me. I ordered elsewhere and received next day. I will never use again and never recomend even to my worst competitors.
