Vic was great, very efficient and professional

Following a prolonged downpour our drains and holding tank gave up and flooded the garden (very unpleasant) 3flow were quick to respond with a speedy diagnosis. They were polite and professional. They resolved our issues. I would not hesitate to highly recommend 3flow. They had to excavate our garden and replace the drains and holding tank. 3flow were value for money. I can't thank them enough.

We had a blocked kitchen drain- full of “Fatbergs” as a result of both dishwasher and washing machine emptying into the same drain, it had blocked and been overflowing onto the path for a while before we realised and made a real mess. 3flow came out a couple of hours after the initial call and quickly assessed the situation and used their van-mounted high-pressure system to blast the muck away and completely clear and clean the drain. In the process they discovered a small piece of plastic pipe that must have been there since the drain was laid, which wasn’t helping! Service was brilliant - really fast and friendly. I’ll definitely use them again if we ever need to - highly recommended!

Excellent service from start to finish. Daren arrived promptly, identified the blockage immediately, and cleared it in no time. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to give us some great advice on how to prevent future issues. Highly recommend!

After receiving conflicting reports from two other drainage companies, I contacted this company for another opinion. The engineer who came was professional, honest, and took the time to properly investigate the issue. He resolved the problem and explained what he did. Will definitely recommend this company

On my doorstep within the hour. Daren found the source of my blockage which was causing my sink to back up. It was a blocked pipe outside of my property so manhole cover was lifted. Camera & pressure wash was needed. Job completed an hour later with no further issues.

Came out same day, super speedy, completed the work nice and quickly. My only grevance was the price, seemed to be top end of the prices found online. But I was willing to pay as he sorted the issue same day
