Asked 3DXR for their expert opinion on choosing between a Herelink and SIYI GCS for our project. They refused to help. Instead of talking about the products, they just demanded to know who my client was before they would say anything. A very unprofessional attitude. We're now buying from a company that's actually willing to talk about the products they sell.

Quite disappointed in my shopping experience with 3dxr. I ordered a Heewing T2 VTOL, later to find out the ones stocked have plastic tilt arms. Heewing put a post out on social media informing people that they and retailers would ship out metal ones free of charge to customers.

So I got in contact with 3dxr, asking if they would ship these arms, to which they said they had not heard about this issue!

So I contacted Heewing, and they said to ask the retailer if they could ship this out to me if they had stock, so I got back in contact with 3dxr and they said they don't have any stock of these items! So I checked the website, and funny enough, they had stock! So I emailed back saying that they do have stock of said items and never got a reply back!

So I ended up paying for these parts at my own expense. Not a very happy first-time customer here.

Ordered a few bits from these guys, always lightening fast delivery with a great range of stuff. We need shops like this in our hobby.

Absolutely incredible service!

I placed my order at 12:06, it was packed (very thoughtfully and carefully, I might add) and dispatched in under twenty minutes (at 12:33), and arrived on my doorstep first thing the following morning.

I found 3DXR by chance while searching for high-grade solder (which is surprisingly hard to come by) and discovered they stock reels of 63:37 leaded - I have now put iron to PCB using this solder and happy to report it is top notch!

It would appear 3DXR puts a lot of effort into curating an inventory of quality products, which is matched by an equally exemplary despatch process.

To take it that extra mile.
Sellers of Asian goods never come with paperwork and customers have to spend hours online trying to find documentation about the product.
As an extra bonus it would be nice if sellers would do a little bit of the donkey work and include a printed quick start guide or manual.

Prices are good compared to others, dispatch is amzingly quick, do not charge extra for the Highlands of Scotland and have a good stock range of the little extra items required for the big ticket items (hex gps2 cable for instance that others did not stock). not had reason to use any return service with them. but always happy to use them for my purchases.

Always quick to despatch goods and to discuss problems. First class service.
