Terrible and disastrous is the word i should use, in this modern era, they are the biggest fraudsters and do not deliver what was committed. its better if they shut their business so that people dont fall in to thier scam or trap. I placed the order on 1st of October and made numerous follow-up's to deliver it by 28th of October to gift my spouse, they delivered it only on the 15th December and that to no way close to what pic i gave, they very unresponsive to calls, messages and would say not fit to run the business its just a scam and they want send any shit just cos you have paid the money. the quality of the product is worst. please never order anything from 3dstatue.in

I am really having a tough time. Its been more than 2 months and these people have not delivered anything.
They have been only giving false promises and trying to push their commitments.
I am giving all who want to order on these guys, if you have date in mind to get your orders, you will never receive it.
So please order at your own risk.
They may deliver but then the very purpose is lost.

I would give this business a zero rating. I had placed an order for two models on the 8th of June 2025 and they have only delivered one model. They are taking ages to deliver the second model. Who the hell takes 2 months to deliver twoels? Absolutely pathetic customer service who only know to make false promises. Please don't buy anything from them

Fake company. I placed an order more than 6 months ago. Haven’t received my product yet. They don’t respond to messages. Lost my money!! Please don’t order!!

This is a fraudulent company. They take money in advance and will not deliver

Wost experience. First off all the images they have published in their website completely looks fake comparing from what they delivered in hand. I ordered it on June2nd and they said it will reach 20days and took an 50% advance promising to show the 3d image in 3-4days and after 2 weeks they showed the 3d image and demanded the remaining 50% which was paid with promising that the delivery will be in the same week , however after several follow-up and chasing they delivered the product on July 16th with the damaged item with incomplete finish and now after asking their reply is to get a feviquick to paste the broken pieces. Such a pathetic work and response. Full waste of time and money

Wanted to give -5.00 rating as it's not even worth to give zero rating. Firstly they promise a date for delivery and would take full amount in advance which is very pricy. And we don't get updates properly. I have ordered one product in May first week and expected to get it by May 22nd. I haven't got the product yet which is July 13th. We keep getting incorrect updates after calling or reaching them. They fakely gave me a tracking number last week and told they dispatched it. When we call them they talk so arrogantly and they feel like they are giving us items for free. Also the final product doesn't look that promising, who ever does the paint work doesn't even bother to make it look better. Too pricy, worst service and total money waste.

Fraud and scam. They collect money and then disappear. Shameless people.

I ordered a statue on 20th May 2025 for my mother's birthday, and they promised delivery within 15-18 days. Today is 28th June, and they have not yet dispatched my order. I have texted them several times, but they are giving excuses after excuses. It’s already 2 months now, and I am thinking I have been scammed. I have paid 7000 Rs to them. The website is fraudulent. I have seen fraud comments on Google. I am trying to message them every day, but they are always giving excuses that we will deliver the order in next week

I ordered a couple statue for our anniversary. They take money upfront, and it's more than 50 days, and they haven't even shipped the product.

The finish of your products are bad. You take money upfront and deliver sub standard finished product. You don’t respond to the customer calls or messages. Your people don’t even talk properly on the phone. I’ve placed an order of 30 pieces and most of them are in bad shape. Either the finishing is bad the paint is bad some figures have fingers missing. You have just disappointed and embarrassed us in front of our clients.

If there is something below 1, then I would have given that. They are fraud and take money in advance and don't deliver the item. They even don't respond. A total fake and fraud company. Don't get into their trap

I ordered a statue on 17th November, 2024 to congratulate my friend and they promised the delivery within 15-18 days. Today is 4th March, 2025 and they have not yet dispatched my order. I have text them several times but they are giving excuses after excuses. It’s already 4 months now and I am thinking I have been scammed now. This website/seller is a fraud and should not be in business. After making full payment, they will keep on delaying. I don’t know whether I will receive my order or not now. Sad.

The most unprofessional company I have ever come across. Especially when you are in a business which is personalised and delivery matters you cannot just take the customer for granted. I specifically confirmed if they can delivery my order by 22nd January which was well in advance before placing the order and it was confirmed to me that they would be able to deliver on committed date, however, after they received money, they started showing their true colors, practically no update without chasing and till one day prior to my delivery date they kept promising that it would reach. On 21st January, they claim that package is dispatched via India post, come on, are you serious when you know you have a delivery commitment for next day and you are using regular India Post which will take a minimum 7 days to reach, are you serious??

I spoke to the lady and she surprising, despite being rude, she was like, you should have told us to send it by express courier, I mean how am I supposed to know that you would not use any express courier for dispatching something which has next day delivery commitment and asking the customer to pay extra if it was to be sent by courier.

Pathetic experience.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered on June 2024, not delivered the product the product yet. Not responding to the calls and SMS's as well.

This is a fraud company. They have taken my money and not delivered the product. They are a fake company. Have to file complaint .

I ordered aa product or worth 8k but 2 months ago with 15 days delivery guarantee. Not answering calls, they are fraud.

I ordered for a product on 1st August 2024. They were in touch with me till October 3rd. After that there is no response to my pings and calls. What is the way forward? Is there a government agency where we can complain?
