changed my email 4 times and they still managed to get them all

every ebay seller that gives my details to them will receive bad feedback and item returned in every case, that is a promise

The customer service is excellent response times are normally with 24 hours considering they are not based in the UK I think this is acceptable.

The best bit is you don’t need to be technically minded to set all this up, most of it is self-explanatory however there are lots of helps files should you need them.

I love this for my ebay listings. I tried several softwares as I needed it to be easy to use and needed to be able to use a bulk list tool. Anyway after trying several sites I kept going back to 3dsellers. Now I did have a few user errors LOL and i emailed thinking it was a software problem and 3D always answered right away, this was on a trail not even paid yet. There templates are clean modern easy to use.
I am very happy with 3dsellers. I encourage anyone selling on ebay to give it a shot. They also have a place where you can ask for features you would like to see added, kind of a wish list of sorts so if there is something you would like to see in the future they are listening it looks like. Prices are reasonable

I am beyond mad at this point with 3dsellers. I signed up for this and I have been working on my site for 3 days now. There are no clear set instructions other than on the help site. There is no phone number to contact them only by email. When you're sending something by email it is hard for them to understand. I have gone back and forth with them about my design. At first my design would not show up. Then when it finally showed up it disappeared. I had trouble logging in once my site was up the first time. It's just been non-stop issues. At this point I am about to cancel. It would be a whole lot easier if they had a number to call so you could talk to somebody while you're on the phone and working from your computer at the same time.

Ebay sellers should not be subscribing buyers to a newsletter without asking them it's unprofessional and even illegal in some countries like the UK which is where I live. I'll give you a exsample I just bought 2 items maybe a hour - 2 hours ago from a ebay seller who is in China not more then 30 mins after placing my first order with said seller I was emailed (unsolicated I might add as I did not agree to any form of contact outside of info on my order) this email was from the seller using 3Dsellers to throw together a newsletter for their store.

Now I would have no issue with this IF I would have AGREED to being subscribed to this sellers newsletters but even then it's iffy as even ebay is not impressed with sellers using outside sources it seems to send newsletters to buyers and it looks like from my contact to ebay this is a big no no for sellers to do. From a annoyed first and last time customer.

Update: a few days ago i was informed by trust pilot that 3dsellers reported my review saying they felt my review was on the wrong company profile. I informed trust pilot that 3dsellers was willfully allowing ebay sellers to take a buyers email address and sign them up to unwanted emails also imformed them ebay told me they do not allow their sellers to sign buyers up to newsletters outside of ebay and told me they felt like this was a scam.

Ebay sellers think twice before you take a buyers email address and sign them up for a newsletter without their consent other wise ebay might not take to kindly to a buyer informing them you did this which is against their policy.

This review is 3 years old for gods sake. It took you that long to reply with a copy and paste reply. If your still allowing ebay sellers to violate ebay policy in the way outlined above your still disgusting.

Love the platform, it’s interface and the service. I can’t imagine running my business without 3Dsellers now! Everything is fully automated and was so easy to set up. Every time I talk to their representative it’s also a pleasure and I feel first class service. Most importantly, my sales are increasing steadily and so does my feedback score. I sell all kind of items, from sports clothes to smartphones and I can arrange my listings designs and cross promotions by categories, which is amazing! THANK YOU, I definitely recommend.

Although relatively new, this product works great. Extremely compatible with eBay I have found it very useful for my online business. New updates and templates frequently will give your business a fresh look. The customer service has been outstanding and it's all at a very affordable price.

I've been a user of 3Dsellers eBay Feedback. Very professional and easy to use. Really makes a difference in increasing my positive feedbacks from buyers. Also, their customer service is terrific. They respond to email messages very quickly. Very pleased with this service.

The people are very helpful. If you don't know what you are doing or are not sure you doing something right, they tell you how to do and even send screen shots to help you along.
