Amazing experience and very knowledgeable, helped me choose the right product and explained how it all worked, so when I got home I was up and running in no time. Would recommend to anyone.

Ordered a custom pantone filament colour online to do a print for my customer. Had the UPS tracking sent on email and a delivery time and date but nothings turned up.

Sent 4 emails with no reply, called up and left a voicemail and no callback happened. Its 7 days with nothing and still no filament delivery.

Very poor experience, dont waste your time with this company

Now have gone to my credit card company for a chargeback!

Needed a part for my second hand, fairly old, 3d resin printer and 3D print monkey were the only people that had it. Not even the manufacturer had it in stock. Ordered on Sunday afternoon and the part arrived Tuesday. Really couldn't ask for a better service. I will definitely look here first the next time I need anything.

Just received my recon resin printer, brilliant bit of kit and the guys were really helpful with advising on the right machine and getting it up and running.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! FAULTY GOODS RECEIVED, NO APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AS THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OR CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! TOLD ME THEY WOULD REPAIR AND SEND BACK OR ITS A STORE CREDIT IF I DID NOT ACCEPT!!

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! EMAILS NO LONGER BEING ANSWERED SO DISPUTE RAISED WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET MY MONEY BACK!

Awful Company. I think they operate from China and pretend to be in the UK. Resin advertised with 2 days delivery. 4 days , resin is not even posted and no email is replied. Obviously no phone number or address on their website.
Absoute crooks!!! Avoid them.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Initially I asked about resin types, so was then asked what I was making, and was then treated to a superb tutorial helping me overcome the problems I was coming across. Really helpful and great prices too! Highly recommended!

If the previous reviews are genuine then something has gone very wrong for this company since they were posted.

Ordered a printer online. Order confirmed with shipping confirmation to follow. Contacted them by phone after hearing nothing more for 4 weeks - offered plausible explanation that the model ordered was discontinued and they were sourcing the replacement from the manufacturer.

Two more weeks and no follow up, and now no response to emails, voicemails, and no-one answering the phone.

Ordered a small packet of screws for my mars 3, was charged £9.95 for delivery which I thought was very excessive but as I needed the screws in a hurry was willing to pay this delivery charge.

The screws would have fitted in an envelope and 1st class signed for, I would have had the screws either next day or maybe on the 2nd day.

I have now been told by the tracking info that they are estimating delivery 9 days after placing the order. For a £9.95 delivery fee this is crazy!!!

I'm sorry but 3D print Monkey need to look at either their postage costs or their courier.

10/10 excellent service (next day delivery!) and pricing. Will use again 100%

Ordered the wrong FEP film for my printer.

Sent an email to cancel the order, and was immediately refunded and processed

Still awaiting the refund, but that takes time.

Very pleased with this company, fair price and quick delivery. I have used them for a while and will continue to do so as I am pleased with the results.

Expected the printer in 3 days arrived before I was out of bed, had to wait longer for my Amazon prime order of resin! Excellent quality machine, some slight damage on the FEP but outside print area. Saving up for my next machine. Less than £100 for a silver and orange elegoo mars, glad I saw it before the GW Killteam preorder.

I ordered the Elegoo Mars and was amazed at the condition the item was. It looked like it had just been shipped from the manufacture. Original box original packaging inside and all tools. I ordered the Grade A Model, Just waiting for the Mercury plus to become available. I would highly recommend 3D Print Monkey.
