They are SCAMMERS - save your money!
100% Scammers. I pre-ordered an FLSun V400 in late July 2022. Was supposed to start shipping in August. Now nearly 6 months later I still don't have my printer. I reached out many many times and was told "it will ship soon", but now they're silent and not responding to voicemail, email, or website chat feature. I lost more than $700 to these crooks.

Do not purchase from this website at all! They are scammers! They feed you lies on the internet with “sales” and “3-7 day free shipping”. Then you never get a tracking number and never recieve the package. They emailed me that they it will come at the end of the month… it never did…. Couldn’t even get in touch with billing department, they never pick up and never provide you with an email to get in contact with them. They are a bunch of scammers!! I lost 800 dollars but luckily after almost 2 months of back and forth with them , I got in contact with my bank and they reversed the order!! Stay away from this website!

Avoid at all costs
Ordered a printer that was supposed to arrive in 3 - 7 Business Days, obviously it's been almost a week and no tracking info.
Contacted them (email, then online chat since they don't answer the phone) and was informed there's a delay in it being shipped from the manufacturer.
Tried to contact them and cancel, and they refuse to answer the phone, chat or email.
Avoid this place like the plague.

Not reliable
This site posts products in stock but does not deliver on time. I ordered something that said it was in stock and 3-7 days for delivery. It’s been about a month and still haven’t even received a tracking number.

Great company
Great company, very knowledgeable on there products. I purchased a Creality CR-10 S5 and it arrived within the 3-7 days they promised. So far the printer has been great, and there customer support team is super responsive. I am very pleased.
