Great customer service and quick solution
There was a miscommunication in my order in regards to the photo background, and so the wrong crystal received a background; this was no one’s fault, it just occurred due to something that misidentified photos on both of our ends. I reached out to Luiza regarding this mistake and she promptly had a new crystal fabricated with the correct background and sent out to me.
The willingness to correct an issue when many other companies would not have has left a positive impression on me. Because of the way Luiza handled this, I am happy to say that I had a positive experience with this company and that I am looking forward to my next time dealing with them for another gift. Christmas gifts
I ordered two small blocks for Christmas. They arrived on-time which was wonderful since I ordered very last minute. I was a little disappointed in how small they actually were and one of the pictures was done very light and was hard to see because of it. The other which was better had a bubble in it. I didn't have a back up gift so I kept them although I had preferred to send them back.
