Přístup 3dJake je absolutně nejlepší berou zákazníky vážně, snaží se jim pomoct a neignorují je vidět, že jejich přístup je profesionální a díky tomu, že je spokojený zákazník je i pak spokojený prodejce budu nakupovat jen od nich má situace například byla, že jsem objednal špatný model tiskárny (byla ve slevě a byl jsem měsíc pryč) tak i potom, co už jsem neměl nárok na vratku mi vyšli vstříc a nechali mě to vrátit a díky tomu mám tiskárnu P2S skoro za podobnou cenu jako P1S, co jsem omylem objednal.

3DJake truly has the best approach to customers – they take you seriously, really try to help, and never ignore you. You can tell their attitude is professional, and thanks to that, both the customer and the seller end up happy.
In my case, I accidentally ordered the wrong printer model (it was on sale, and I was away for a month), so I technically no longer had the right to return it. Even so, they were incredibly kind and let me send it back. Because of that, I now have a P2S printer for almost the same price as the P1S I ordered by mistake.
This kind of customer care is rare these days — I’ll definitely be shopping only with them from now on!
