So easy to speak with someone when ordering my cake. They gave plenty of options and choices. Talked through the who order and delivery, nothing was too much trouble.

do not order from this company unless you don't mind not having a cake for your event.
I have taken them to court. ordered a cake online, chose a date and time, decided I wanted to pick it up 1 hour earlier and decided to phone, the owner david duncan, happen to answer my call, sounded very polite and everything seemed fine. he took my details and said yes you can pick up an hour earlier. got to their shop and amy, I believe that's her name the manager, took my details, went in came out again, took my details again went in and came and said sorry your cake has not been made. as you can imagine, this is the day of the event, I was stunned. I said what do you mean? she said we didn't have enough time to make your cake. I said on your site, when you order, it gives you dates for collection or pick up and you get a confirmation email and i also spoke to david duncan who said I can can pick it up so what exactly is happening? she went in to phone david duncan, turns out that he got things mixed up and to add salt to injury, allana louise duncan, who acted as a lay representative in court, who was not present when that call was made, said that I phoned and i was told my order was cancelled and they were confused to see me turn up to pick up cake. firstly who in their right mind will drive an hour after they have been told their order was cancelled and arrive at exactly 11am as discussed on the phone, secondly why was my refund processed shortly after 11am on the day I arrived to pick up my cake and not when they claim they told me the day before of the cancellation because obviously when I came to pick up the cake, that's when they realised their mistake and then refunded me and finally, once an order is cancelled you almost instantly get a notification of cancellation and refund, then how long that refund takes will depend on the card issuer why did I not get a cancellation email of notification to inform me that my order was not going to meet up the collection dead line. I will continue to fight this case in court because what upsets me is that this company have not issued an apology but instead lied to cover their errors. a cake company knows how sentimental celebrations are for different people so to treat people like this is unprofessional and unkind.

and I am very sure I am not the first and won't be the last.

I am telling you do not order from them you will be very dissappionted. go somewhere else.

Unfortunately this is the third time, 3D cakes let us down.
Once the wrong order at time of collection, however I accepted the cake.
Next- for a 50th birthday party, the cake order was not processed with their internal confusion.
Hence extended £50 gift voucher as apology against any future order.

On this occasion, it’s my child’s 16th birthday and we have utilised the £50 voucher , paid a supplement of £25 only to be advised that we have been given a cake that was already baked 5-6 days ago (it’s the same cake as the suggested picture sent as an example ).
We have no idea how old this cake is or it if was made for someone else.

We asked for a basic round shape red velvet cake with the expectation that it would be fresh and could be consumed for a few days after the birthday .

If we needed an off the counter cake , there are several options out there .

Certainly lost us as a customer, not to mention on previous collection times - I’ve seen other disappointed customers with orders missing .

Extremely disappointing start to a milestone celebration . What a mess .

I absolutely loved my wedding cake. The staff at 3d are so friendly so over the year of wedding planning I gradually added more and more bits to my cake at my own pace. It ended up 5 tiers/ 22.5inches tall and was just absolutely beautiful. Everything I could have hoped for and some. The cake itself was delicious, we had some tiers of lemon and others were chocolate. A fantastic experience. Thank you.

Cancelled two days before my sons birthday citing a flooded kitchen - a day before the cake was due to be delivered. Completely left in the lurch.

This company are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had a couple of questions beforehand which they answered and were easy to get hold of, a couple of issues with delivery but customer service was outstanding and the Teddy Cake was insane (both in appearance and taste)!

An absolutely stunning cake. Our car-mad son loved his porsche! And it tasted absolutely delicious. Communication was great. Worth every penny. Thanks! We'll definitely be back 😊

This cake looked amazing and tasted amazing! Very reasonably priced too. Quick to answer any queries - I highly recommend them.

Waste of time even contacting them, they don't even bother to respond to let you know if they will take your order. Why advertise a contact us section and phone number for people to take their time to contact you if you will just not respond! - Found another company in the end, they were superb, made a stunning cake and above all had a great customer service team. Will not even attempt to use again and will not recommend to anyone

Absolutely stunning T Rex dinosaur head cake. I bought it for my Grandson's 6th Birthday. Chocolate sponge and filling. Ever so realistic and everyone admired it. Superb delivery and got to us on time and perfectly packed. Highly recommend.

I ordered a rugby ball shaped cake for my son's 12th birthday, and the service I received was absolutely excellent. An easy ordering process, a timely delivery with a courier that provided real time updates, and a cake that looked - and tasted - amazing. I also very much appreciated the communication, e.g. to confirm the right team's colours. My son was delighted with it.

It looked exactly like the picture, very detailed and realistic; it also tasted amazing without being too sweet (vanilla sponge & chocolate buttercream).
Ordered it as a birthday cake for my 7 year old who couldn't believe it wasn't real!
I would highly recommend this cake - especially for someone who's mad about dinosaurs!

I ordered my wedding cake from here using a voucher purchased from one of the “deals” sites . From the beginning where we received free samples of cup cakes to try the different flavours , to the beautiful cake being delivered , the service was faultless. We paid a little bit extra to have one of the tiers as a fruit cake but was absolutely delicious . Had so many people raving about the cake . All tiers were delicious .
