3Commas Review
I’ve been using 3Commas for a while now, and overall it’s a solid trading platform with powerful tools for both beginners and advanced traders. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making it easy to set up bots, track performance, and manage multiple accounts.
What I like most is the automation options — the grid bots, DCA bots, and smart trades help take emotions out of trading and let you take advantage of market fluctuations 24/7. The bot customization is very flexible, allowing you to tweak settings for different market conditions and trading pairs.
Customer support can sometimes be slow, and the subscription costs might feel a bit high if you’re just starting out or trading smaller amounts. Also, some features like TradingView signals integration require a premium plan, which can add to the expense.
That said, the platform is reliable and regularly updated, and the community and educational resources are helpful. If you want to automate your crypto trading and have some experience with bots, 3Commas is definitely worth considering.

My first experience using 3Commas
i knew 3Commas about a months ago, after giving a try for several hours, i am starting to like it, the app has a lot of helpfull tools, and all of them works great in my experience, the automation of DCA and GRID bots have been game changer for me. also the interface is clean and intuitive. overall everything was great !

I clicked the 3-day free trial. Still, ofc I need to pay first.... Nothing too strange, as MOST companies allow you to cancel for free if you cancel on time. Well, not 3commasThis is pure misleading!
I have the right to get my money back. And I want it back!
The bots by the way suck. Created a bot. And because of "rebalancing" it buys BTC at almost 700 euros above the current price?!?!

I bought a membership in 3commas and…
I bought a membership in 3commas and started trying it out but the bots are not working properly. I left the support team and they said they would get back to you when I asked but today is the 4th day and they still haven't gotten back to me. I not only wasted my money but also suffered losses because of faulty bots.

Problems with paid plan
Had an old plan (lowest tier, but still paid), it got cancelled without notifying me about it, and now I'm on a free plan. Okay, so I would like to live chat with their support like I always solve problems arising (the Live support is great by the way), but Free plan does not have the ability to live chat anymore! What is this nonsense? I am now being forced to talk with AI bot that gives no good answers
