Very easy and love how my trading bots work 24/7 and do not need to worry too much about my trades.

A very good tools to manage various crypto exchanges simultaneously. And a lot of useful tools to make a good trade.

3Commas is great, but sometimes it makes some unreasonable errors. Also, even when I participate in feedback, it keeps popping up again and again. My all-over experience has been very good so far. Thank you.

I like 3 commas, ive spent years working on 11 qauants and all the templates for all time frames / instrument behaviors - over 10 million back tests and am finally ready to automate crypto and stocks / My system is set to go long and short / unfortunately I can not margin short In the U.S currently but even the longs are working well and equites work with all dynamics functioning with a different web hook system. The one thing I would like to see is all the bots reflect in the equity curve and not just the DCA bot.

The site is easy to navigate. The tutorials are clear and well-explained. All-in-all a great experience.

It wasnt great. It was recommended by Crypto Code and they did not go in to much detail on what the purpose of 3 Commas is.

If they make changes in the environment they are not able to hold open orders or your coins in DCA Bots! That means all your money in the difference will be lost if this will happen. You will loose every month round about over 1000$ if you have a PnL over 2000$. They where not able to explain why.
They do this only on big accounts (accounts over 20K). The small ones (less than 10K) are not affected by these "changes".
They are not interested to inform you about a solution for that "behaviour"!

After many years of using the 3commas platform, unfortunately I had to change to another more reliable one. 4 problems I encountered:
1) their servers were hacked (luckily not my account)
2) during major bumps or dumps, servers go under load and become unreliable with possible losses
3) The choice of exchanges with which to operate is unfortunately a bit limited, for example they have not implemented MEXC
4) There is no possibility to create infinite grid bots or arbitrage bots

I asked for a refund of around 50%, but I was denied.

I hope they can improve in the future, in the meantime there are other trading bot platforms with which I can operate without problems and with the exchanges I like.

My buddy John and I both had close to 5,000 dollars get stolen out of our accounts..we were regular daily users of 3commas and were very happy using the platform until this happened. Seemed to be some kind of inside job (someone who had access to customers accounts). 3commas never never took responsibility (the emails we sent to them were a waste of time). Needless to say - we never used them again.

I've been a user of 3Commas for a while, originally attracted by its seamless interface and the efficiency of its trading bots. The platform has indeed been instrumental in helping me navigate the often volatile crypto markets. However, a recent policy change has significantly marred my experience and perception of their service.

Until recently, 3Commas offered an incredibly valuable proposition for beginners and those with smaller portfolios through their free plan, which included access to a single trading bot. This feature was a massive boon for many, allowing users to experiment with automated trading without committing to a subscription. Unfortunately, the company has now decided to introduce a fee for maintaining an active bot once it becomes profitable, even on their free plan.

This move feels deeply unfair and counterintuitive to the spirit of accessibility and growth within the crypto trading community. For many users like myself, the introduction of this fee nullifies the benefits of having a free plan in the first place. Essentially, it penalizes success and places a barrier in front of those who are just beginning to find their footing in the world of crypto trading.

Moreover, the timing and communication of this policy change were less than satisfactory. Many users, including myself, were caught off guard, which has led to frustration and disappointment. This decision not only undermines the trust and loyalty that many users had in 3Commas but also pushes beginners and those with limited resources to look for alternatives that offer more supportive frameworks for learning and growth without penalizing success.

In conclusion, while 3Commas remains a powerful tool for automated trading, the introduction of a fee for having an active bot under the free plan when it becomes profitable is a disappointing development. It significantly detracts from the platform's appeal to a broad section of its user base. As such, I find myself forced to reconsider my use of 3Commas and explore other platforms that maintain a more user-friendly approach to supporting traders at all levels.

I had a technical issue on the DCA bot page, but Chris from the support team promptly addressed it. His assistance was exemplary, providing clear instructions and resolving the issue efficiently. Moreover, he went above and beyond by offering a discount as a gesture of goodwill. Thanks to Chris and the 3Commas team, I'm impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend their service!

I was looking for a trading terminal and found 3commas.

As a test (for at least year) I subscribed for the basic plan and if everything was satisfactory, I’d subscribe for a more advanced plan.

At first everything seemed to work ok, but then I encountered two critical 3commas issues in a short time which made it impossible for me to trade using the tools on the 3commas platform.

The first one was resolved after a while (exchange connection issue).

The second one is being / was handled very badly (3commas page 'blanks out' when using the 3commas drawing tools on the charts and loses all data).

No updates on the issue.

No replies on my messages.

I’ve asked for a compensation, but wasn’t even offered a reply, let alone offered an extension for the days not being able to trade using their platform.

It's still unresolved and the crypto market has risen significantly since the issue ($49000 to $63000).

Because of all this, I wouldn't recommend 3commas to anyone.

After the unanswered messages someone from 3commas finally contacted me on 04 March 2024 with an explanation.

He suggested that the problem might be my internet connection or memory, so I showed that it couldn’t be the issue as my internet connection is a stable 450mb/s fiber connection and I have 64gb RAM.

After that it almost felt like I was in an unpaid UAT where I was asked to record my screen and reproduce the problem with the developer console mode on in my browser. Which I also did for them.

The results would be used by their QA team and they would update me, but…… I didn’t hear anything from them.

I had to ask myself….again, and again no answer.

After escalation, there was a generic answer (as always) stating that they are working on it.

At this point I just want my money back with compensation for all the time I couldn’t trade using their platform in the last month, while the crypto market rose and also corrected. This resulted in significant losses for me.

Grid bot is really cool seeing it trade, made a little bit of profit using some of the strategies on there but nothing amazing, 4 stars for not losing all my money hahaha.

The highlight for me has been the new strategy bot, capable of following up to 200 pairs right from the first plan, which is a game-changer for traders looking to diversify their strategies across multiple currencies.

However, what truly sets 3Commas apart for me isn't just the advanced bots but their exceptional customer support. The entire team is always ready to help, but I want to give a special shout-out to Özgür. His dedication to resolving a problem I encountered was nothing short of relentless. He was there to answer all my questions, ensuring a smooth resolution.

It's worth noting that unless your query is highly specific, requiring intervention from the coders or a specific department, the customer support team is incredibly responsive, often getting back within minutes. This level of service is rare and greatly appreciated.

To anyone on the fence about trying 3Commas, I wholeheartedly recommend it for both its powerful trading tools and the top-notch support team ready to assist you.

Been with them just over 1yr, no profits returned from most bots, told by customer services it would be sent back to binance once the bots are stopped and cancelled, nothing came back, e.g. i had 10644 xrp with a bot returning profits in xrp coin that i could see, none returned on closing all my bots back to binance, will be asking for my two yearly subscriptions bac......maybe a tutorial how to link to say binance and see your profits.....but I'm guessing that might be too much

This used to be good but it sucks now.the new app is a disaster .constantly updating api keys .do not waste your money

Useless platform unable to connect binance. Finally given up. Poorly designed platform always giving a symptom of scam. I would suggest stay away.

Dec 12: Upgraded to "Pro Annual" +$281
Dec 12 - 22: Bots lagged over an hour, lost money due to lag
Dec 22: Requested cancellation and refund In 14 day grace period for full refund supposedly
Dec 26: Issued refund for $182 out of $455 paid. Account completely closed.

Summary: I paid $455 for 34 days of service. 20 of those days were on "Starter" that is only 14$/month. The other 14 were in the initial grace period, but even so, a month of pro is only 37 dollars.

Total Cost for 34 days after "refund": $273

Bots lag for over an hour on coinbase. I was told it was coinbase's API (Bitsgap also running and its fine) I was told it was because it was a low liquidity pair (So bot only works with PART of the exchange? Unadvertised and new)

Steer clear, I was a customer for years, but they don't care about ripping you off. Their service never had the problems I describe before, nothing changed, except they came out with new plans, and suddenly grid bots are useless.
