I love this company

I love this company! Packaged was well wrapped! The company kept me informed through email and even provided tracking numbers so I could track it myself. Thank you for an amazing experience again!

Beware of this company

Beware of this company. Received a double eagle rare bourbon shipment with an empty bottle. We had several witnesses on have to verify the issue. Provided vendor pictures and video. He had to escalate to Paypal dispute department. Still cannot get a return label. We would advise not to purchase from them. They do not stand behind the product and make excuses. We will be staying with other trusted online suppliers in the future. Research the reviews about issues with other customers and "leaking" bottles. We are out many thousands of dollars. Hopefully Paypal will resolve for us considering our purchase history. Good luck

I bought 4 gifts sets from them only…

I bought 4 gifts sets from them only recieved 3 and have yet to get this resolved i would advise to not buy from them and i will never drop another cent on this store now im out money for a xmas gift that i didnt receive and now i am going to have to spend more money so if you value your money spend it elsewhere

Pretty Good customer service

I ordered 4 bottles of a certain Jim Beam Rye from them. The rye that was pictured online was what I wanted but not what was delivered. I contacted them about their mistake. They called their supplier and found out that Jim Beam no longer makes the label I wanted. There was a bit of slow communication from them but at last, 3 Brothers sent me a partial refund! I am pleased:)

Slow delivery/lack of updates

I ordered a bottle as a gift, and paid extra to make sure it would get to the recipient on time.
Unfortunately, the order was not shipped until the week after it was meant to arrive. It was tough to get a response from 3 Brothers, I could also not get through on the phone to get an update as the mailbox was full.
Original estimated delivery date was 3/8, it actually arrived 3/21, very late for the birthday gift it should have been! One star for great packaging.

If online ordering please look elsewhere they have zero communication skills i was not even sent a tracking number i even paid to have my order delivered on a certain day needless to say i took a L and have to now make other arrangements for my get together

THESE GUYS ROCK. SENT MY HUSBANDS BDAY GIFT SAFE AND SOUND AND HE LOVED IT. SO GLAD TO MAKE A VET'S BDAY WISH COME TRUE. WILL RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!!!

Absolutely never again

Absolutely never again. Ordered something for Christmas and we’d site says shipped in 3 business days. I ordered 2 wks before and just received an update on 12/23 that’s it’s shipped!!!! I ordered 12/5!!!! Not 1 email or update. Not 1!!!! Save your $ and goes elsewhere.

Satisfying experience

I couldn’t find Papas Pilar Rum anywhere local. 3Brothers showed it to be in stock so I ordered 2 bottles. The shipping was an added expense but would have been from any supplier.
3Brothers, via the SHOP app, communicated the status of my order. I also emailed them to check if my item was in stock and received an immediate response that it was.
I got my order within 2 weeks. Very happy with my experience.

After ordering

After ordering, the shipment status said it was shipped, however that was not the case. Once ordered placed, took three days for FedEx to p/u order. Along the way, package was damaged and carrier was unable to deliver. Even after paying for the insurance, having a real go around trying to get a complete refund. To this day, they claim they have refunded the funds, haven't seen it three days later.

Ordered 2 bottles of Scotch in April

Ordered 2 bottles of Scotch in April, never got them. Asked for refund then they suddenly got them in so they said they were going to ship them. Never got them. Asked for tracking number, never got one, asked for refund 3 times, nothing yet. I have called, it just rings through, no answer. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS, TOTAL SCAM!

I was also screwed by company!

I was also screwed by this joke of a company! I ordered a case of Ultimat Vodka way back in Sept 2021 for $464.51, and I have spent the past 10 months trying to receive my order or to get a refund! Every email I received from this horrible company said that my order is being processed and will ship soon. What a joke! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU NOTHING!

Ordered a $360 bottle

Ordered a $360 bottle. Received an email recommendation to install the Shop app to track my purchase. Shop indicated that the product shipped yet there were no further updates. So I sent an email requesting the tracking number. No response. Left a voice message requesting the tracking number. Again no response. Roughly 3 weeks into this I filed a dispute with PayPay. After an additional week 3brothersliquor had not responded to PayPal. Had to finally contact Amex who reversed the charges. 3brothersliquor seem like a legitimate business but I’m wondering…
