360 Souq given Fake product, Fake people Don't buy
I purchased Sony xperia 05 model from above mentioned website. They charging me 344 SAR including delivery charge. I thought this product is refurbished. This reason I given order for this product. Yesterday I received this product from Clex Delivery courier service. After i opened package, when i saw the accessories only I understand product completely. They make mobile completely sony name. But all functions are fake. I try to call customer service number but not responding. I attached here all photos. Kindly find the attachment and help me to take action against them. Un fortunately I didnt sign up this website. I forgot to take screen shrt of my order Number. They never send order number to our registerd email ID. After purchase the product they will ask order number. This is the company trick. Dear friends never buy any products from this kinds of websites. I going to register complaint to consumer court.
