I am a complete novice at websites but stepped in to take over the management of our site. We are a charity and one of the first things was to see if I could get it cheaper.

I have been using 34SP for over 7 years and I am very happy with them. The interface is well laid-out and easy to follow. When I have raised a support request I have received a response within 12 hours and often within a couple of hours. On one occasion I had to ring them in Manchester. They answered almost immediately. What a great company 34SP are! We had to move our charity website hosting after the company we were originally with (TSOHost) messed us around repeatedly and were almost impossible to get hold of. 34SP had our website transferred to their hosting within 48 hours and have been so responsive to any queries we had - even though as a Charity we are on their free programme (and it's so great they do this!) and therefore aren't making any money out of us. It's a stable and stress-free platform and I'm so happy we moved to 34SP.

Their tech works, but what stands out for me is that they communicate effectively and do what they say they are going to do.

34sp host our charity's website. We moved to rely on online applications for our services during lockdown and we simply could not have continued without 34sp's support. Because we are a charity, they waive our annual fee, but that isn't why we chose them as it is very good value for money. Probably most useful is their support function - they are incredibly responsive, patient with luddites and really effective. Our users are of a range of ages and technical competence, but they have all found support helpful, and the email address function very easy to use. Without 34sp we probably would have closed our charity in 2020 and never reopened, so we are very grateful for all their support keeping us operational.

We receive excellent service from 34SP.com. They provide all their services free of charge because we are a charity . They answer any of our queries in a very quick, polite, efficient manner . We recommend them highly .

We've never had cause to complain and we (autus.org.uk) have been with 34SP for years! As a charity 34SP have been ever so generous, and the times we've had to approach them about technical issues their support has been prompt and effective.
If I had to go looking for something to complain about, I suppose I could say that their web-based FTP client can be quite slow? But if I can't be bothered to set up my own FTP client that's basically on me, surely - it runs fine when I've connected through a locally installed client.

As a charity, we have been with 34sp.com for many years and I can honestly say we've never had any concerns. On the few occasions when there's been an issue/problem, they've resolved in quickly and hassle-free. 100% recommend.
