Thanks for posting a review of our service and we apologise for you not having received your items.
Your review comes as quite a surprise as you have not contacted us to look into the delay. I have emailed you and left a message on your mobile if you would like to return our call to discuss further.
We have looked into your order and the tracking details provided by our courier. The order was placed on Saturday 28 Aug, and shipped on Monday 30 Aug. Unfortunately while in the delivery network the parcel has been delayed as noted in the tracking details. Unfortunately the ongoing COVID-19 lockdown across both NSW and Victoria is playing a large part of this delay as advised by Australia Post on its website.
I understand this is frustrating as we all want to ride and test out our new gear, however the delay is outside of our control.
