Hallo Regh36, es tut uns sehr leid, dass es mit der Zustellung so lange gedauert hat. Die ganze Zeit war aber unser Kundenservice mit Ihnen in Verbindung und wir mussten Ihnen neue Ware liefern, da während der Zustellung der Zusteller (DHL) auf Ihr Paket einen anderen Aufkleber geklebt hat und Ihnen daher statt Kontaktlinsen ein Handy geliefert wurde. Einen Tag später, nachdem Sie uns benachrichtigt haben, dass Ihnen statt Kontaktlinsen ein Handy geliefert wurde, haben wir Ihnen neue Kontaktlinsen geschickt. Es ist zwar sehr ärgerlich, aber mehr, als Ihnen neue Ware zu liefern konnten wir nicht tun.

Es tut uns leid, aber das Paket wurde innerhalb von 24Std. versandt. Am 02.11. war in einigen Bundesländern Feiertag, daher gab es eine kleine Verzögerungen bei der Zustellung. Versandt wurde das Paket am 31.10. und zugestellt am 04.11.

One of the cheapest online stores, and by far the one with the best customer service I've tried. Whenever you need something or have an issue, they reply within a few hours and are very helpful.
