They refuse a refund, saying it's damaged when it's not.
The battery I ordered doesn't work on my jacket. This is because I needed a Super Power battery instead of a standard one.
I immediately returned the battery. After a few days, I received a message that the battery was damaged and could no longer be sold. Therefore, I wouldn't receive a refund. The photo they sent showed no damage.
So, I haven't received a refund yet, and they're keeping the product I paid for. How ridiculous can it get?!
