Jaime threatened defamation after receiving full service

We worked with Jaime Suarez as a client and delivered on our services throughout the entire engagement. Active communication, CRM exports, VA setup for outreach, ongoing support. The WhatsApp conversation history speaks for itself: normal, professional exchanges right up until he became abusive.
When results didn't meet his personal expectations on a timeline he set for himself, he threatened to post "negative and truthful reviews" and then published false claims on social media calling us scammers while we were still actively working the system with him.
We understand frustration. Real estate AI systems take time to produce results and we always communicate that upfront. What we don't accept is a client using defamation as leverage and then following through on it unprovoked.
We have the full conversation history documented and stand completely behind the work delivered.
