I would rate no stars if I could
I would rate no stars if I could. First we booked off of Viator.com, we drove over an hour and half to get there because they're located south of Miami. The ad said $25 per person, so we booked for 14 people and paid $350. Far as we knew our family was about to go enjoy atv riding for the evening. So far from the truth. We get there and was greeted with a "we can't find your reservation". Then a few minutes go by and they found it. Then they call the "manager" and was on the phone with him for 15 minutes. Then they call me to the phone like there was a problem. The manager said you only paid a down payment and we still owe an extra $900 per atv. I told then your ad clearly says $25 per person. They did not honor it. The scam is to tell people that the atv's are $25 per person to get you there then once you're there they tell you that you owe more. Most people go ahead and pay the extra money because they drove all that way to get there and the people they're with are ready to ride and have fun. Don't fall for the bait and switch. They do this all the time scamming hundreds of people.
