A dream, an idea, a concept to encompass all things exciting, 
304 was created by three friends, who met at University,
 now living out of apartment 304.
 The Plan; to have a summer to beat all summers; from festivals to holidays, to festivals on holiday, 304 was created with an idea of standing out. After numerous nights out discussing ideas, numerous nights out NOT discussing ideas, days lost to cutting out letters,
 hours of ironing, the first handmade vests were produced. Numerous emails and messages from friends, and friends of friends, enquiring about where to get hold of these vests.
The revolution was beginning... All it took was one photograph of Apartment 304 and the brand was born.

Terrible customer service and numerous excuses

I ordered from them on the 28th December, after a week of nothing i didn't think too much of it as i understand it was Christmas etc.

Then when I chased on 9th Jan via email and their help section on the website, on the 10th i received a generic email saying that their warehouse had been flooded which caused a delay, I received a response on the 11th stating that the design i chose they are out o the logo's for it so i could choose another logo and swap it for free, i did this.

On the 15th they said they would get this done and posted out the following day next day delivery, after a couple of days 19th i didn't receive any tracking so i thought i'd send them a email to chase, i have received a email today 24th saying that the design i had selected to replace my original choice is now out of stock as well and that they are expecting stock in a couple of days and it will be dispatched once this is received.

It feels like they are just coming up with excuse after excuse, they can post on social media several times a day but are unable to inform customers on what is actually going on with their orders, i haven't asked for a refund as i was actually looking forward to getting the items i've picked but if this carries on for much longer i'll be going through my bank and asking for a refund

Total scam!

Total scam!! I ordered on 1st Jan, not only were they ridiculously delayed in sending my order but they’ve since contacted me saying they’re unable to fulfil my order and with no offer of a refund! I only get automatic responses which is a complete waste of time. Don’t understand how companies like this are allowed to trade.

Poor service by 304 Clothing and now I know why...

I ordered my 4 items 28/12/2023 paying by Clearpay, the money is still coming out but my items have not arrived. I checked out a few review sites to see if customers have had similar issues to me and it appears many have, with a lot of complaints i.e. difficult to contact with automated 48hr response time message. I even got 2 different response when sending an email to the Help email Customer Care address than the Sean Cotter email complaints address, Help stated a flood and Sean stated a delayed due to high volume of orders. I had not received any feedback from my email last week so emailed again today.

I was intrigued by the reviews and read some more, then saw one review on here stating that they found out that the company had gone into liquidation. I took it upon myself to check the Gove.UK Companies House website for their records and it shows 304 CLOTHING LIMITED status as "In Administration". I'm not able to put a link to the UK Government Companies House website, so you will need to search the internet for it.

More reading lead me to discover that LID CLO Limited now own the brand. I searched the internet and found LIDCLO welcoming 304 to their Group and also found their lidclo.com website too.

I have now contacted Clearpay to ask for my money back and provided the link as evidence.

Absolute disgrace of a company

Absolute disgrace of a company. I ordered on the 8th of jan. No correspondence,sent several messages on the contact on the site. Im £40 out of pocket as no one can be arsed to reply. joke avoid these

I ordered on the 4/1/2024

I was told 4-7 days for despatch that's fine

One week went by no update then they claimed they had experienced a flood

Looking through previous reviews they have done this before

I decided to email to be met with the automated reply.

On Monday 14/01/2024

I was emailed back after asking for a refund that my order would be despatched Wednesday 17/01/2024 and I would receive it the next day

The only issue they still have not despatched anything.

They claimed they would put a free item in as an apology but I now doubt weather I'm even going to receive them items at all

So I will have to raise a request

I have no revived my order there was a free item and I do like the clothes I have no complaints about that

The only issue was delivery time and responses but other then that great thank you

HORRENDOUS COMPANY.

Don’t bother, they sent me the wrong thing after waiting for a long time! When I emailed them they didn’t respond to any emails about it. I then had to pay nearly £5 to return it to them and they wouldn’t refund the full postage even thought it was fully their mistake. If it was a case of me not liking the item I wouldn’t be so bothered but it is their mistake, they sent me the wrong item and I paid nearly £9 in postage both ways and the best they could do it refund £2.99 of it and reply to absolutely none of my emails. Not even a bloody apology. Disgusted. Absolutely HORRENDOUS company. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!

Dont even bother…

Ordered an item on the 19th of December and still have had no update on the delivery. Order confirmation email containing a tracking link doesnt work and I am yet to receive any response to chaser emails i have sent - even when they state all are replied to within 48 hours.

Wish i could rate a zero - avoid at all costs

Bad customer’s experience

I bought £200 worth of clothing (4 t-shirts and a sweatshirt) and only two t-shirts have arrived.
I have been trying to contact them for two days, and have received no reply.

I have been ripped off and robbed

Been a loyal customer since 2019 but…

A V O I D 304

After years of declining service both in dispatch and delivery timescales but also in quality I’m done.

3.5 weeks after ordering items they finally turned up after being dispatched separately and me having to chase. It’s too late as I had already had to make alternative arrangements this close to Christmas.

The prices have consistently gone up over the years but the service offering is worse than ever. No updates on delays, comments on social media turned off, slow or no customer service responses … the list goes on really.

Update: after paying £7 recorded delivery (as this is what they asked for) I was refunded £2.99 for postage. Then a further £2.99 was deducted from my refund as an admin charge. For items I returned in an unopened package from them !

Absolutely disgusted!!!!

Absolutely disgusted!!!!! Ordered a t shirt for my partner that was supposed to be from my mum. No email confirmation, no shipping details, absolutely nothing. No contact number to ring to talk to them. Would not even bother looking at this business, scammers.

Do not order from here

Do not order from here. Made my order over 10 days ago and no update on dispatch. I have tried to contact on multiple platforms including email and they do not respond at all. A shame because the clothing looks nice but sound like scammers.

This company is a scam
They take your money and don’t deliver the goods. No number to call. Whilst looking for contact numbers I find the company has gone into liquidation, change ceos several times. They are scamming pigs. I’m so angry you never get a reply apart from an automated email which is a lie

Automated response and no clothing!

I still haven’t received a dispatch notice of my order placed more than two weeks ago. I have messaged multiple times and get the same automated response saying they are busy and orders will take 4-7 days to be dispatched. Still the same every time I message. I have requested a refund so will see what actually happens with that!

Ordered during black Friday (25th Nov)…

Ordered during black Friday (25th Nov) as a birthday gift, delivery times stated 7 days.
12 days later and several emails to them still No delivery.
The same thing happened in 2022, but i decided to hope it was a one off and try again.

They quickly took my money and have now claimed that a warehouse flood
In the 1st is the reason (this was still 6 days after ordering) and it would be sent Tue/Wed - its now Thursday and still not dispatch Email.
Terrible company, terrible coms - will remember next year.

To have left it on my door step but it wasnt there - you told me (in Decmeber) you’d investigate …. Still waiting

Update as of FEB 15th - i an STILL waiting for a refund that was allegedly actioned in January.

Ordered 3 items from 304 clothing took a while to arrive when it did 2 items didn't fit . Tried to do returns but there return portal doesn't even work . I've emailed couple time and even sent messages through Facebook and Instagram and also tik tik no response wouldn't mind but there clothes aren't cheap either even.with discount . I always wear 304 but this has now put me off

Experience improved over time

29/10/2023 - I have had one experience with 304 clothing and as a result of their terrible customer service and inability to fulfil my order I will never purchase from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone under any circumstances.
I have been left in the dark on the status of my order and I am not entirely sure I will ever receive the item I have paid for, the communication from 304 has been shocking to say the least and I am left deeply unimpressed with their service. I do not consider it acceptable to be told an order has been dispatched and provided tracking information only to find that the royal mail have not even received this item, it is difficult to confirm that this has even actually been dispatched and I remain out of pocket without the item I ordered.
Utterly shameful.
13/11/2023 - following the initial review the order has since been dispatched and arrived safely. The customer service team at 304 have been in contact and offered an apology and further clarification around any delay which is massively appreciated. I am often wary of purchasing from some companies but 304 have restored my faith in their company.
