I had a complete failure of my desktop and Kevin sorted out all the problems and recovered everything. He is the most honest, reliable person who really understands computers and his prices are extremely fair and reasonable. I would recommend his services to anyone who has problems with a desktop, laptop or mobile phone.

Same day service at a very reasonable price. Kevin explained what was wrong with my laptop and what was needed to fix it in a way I could understand. Extremely friendly, knowledgable amn efficient service - I now know who to go to with any computer praoblem.

Kevin arrived like a knight in shining armour and fixed Microsoft for me. It was so complicated but he figured it out quickly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly. It took longer than expected but he didn't charge me for the extra hours. You can trust him to do a good job!

They quoted us an amount which was slightly less than other shops, so we left our phone with them to get the screen fixed, they failed to let us know they would be charging us £50 VAT! So we turned up to get the phone and HAD to pay an additional £50 which was more expensive than other repair shops so just be careful make sure you have all the information!

Kevin fixed my two ancient Windows laptops for me after I spilled coffee on my Mac which stopped it working. While I was there he also helped me with my phone. He really knows his stuff and I can wholeheartedly recommend him for any IT problems. His prices are very reasonable and he is a very pleasant man, so all in all a really good experience.

I called 2UPC at the recommendation of a friend after moving house and could not get the wifi to work correctly and was at the end of my tether! The gentleman I spoke to (unsure of his name) was able to tell me of other devices I could try before even suggesting coming out to sort of for me, I really appreciated this after spending a fortune on WiFi extenders. It was so great to have an experience where a service wasn’t pushed on the customer but genuine advice given that has worked!

Yet again excellent service from 2UPC. My laptop was very slow and there were problems with the keyboard. I found 2UPC's tiny office in Stony Stratford and Kevin sorted it all out for me. He explained what was causing the problems and suggested alternative ways to fix them. Communication was very good as the repairs progressed. He was not at all "pushy". I can't believe the difference in my laptop now. It's a joy to use. The job was done quickly and the price was surprisingly fair. I highly recommend a visit to 2UPC if you need any advice/work done on your devices.
