Elisha - this one’s for you

Anytime I talk to Elisha (pronounced Elijah), he is very patronising, talks over me and does not remain professional. I know other people who have dealt with him and they’ve had the same experience. I have spoken to him a handful of times now and every time I do, he tells me I’m wrong, that I don’t know what I’m doing, and tries to belittle me. I would love for his manager to listen to one of his calls so he can get training on how to build rapport.

KP Law is launching action against this…

KP Law is launching action against this company for the serious data breach that occurred in May 2023 but did not tell their clients until March 2024. If your data was compromised, join the lawsuit.

They held clients' data on an insecure platform and are trying to hide their actions. I made a complaint directly to the company and their replies were vague and incomprehensible and don't care about their clients or the impact it has had on their lives.

2plan wealth management have been amazing

2plan wealth management have been fantastic. My advisor Craig has been amazing, patient answered my questions over & over again. I would recommend 100%.
Nothing has ever been to much trouble for him if I could give him 10 stars I certainly would have.

Does not secure customer data properly

This company had a data breach in August 2023 because customer data had been held somewhere it shouldn't have been. They noticed that the data was missing in October 2023 but then waited until March 2024 to inform their customers that data had been or might have been compromised. So my name, address, national insurance number and DOB have all been available on the dark web for organised criminals to view and use. So yeah, thats perfect for identity theft. Not good.

I guess the service you receive depends…

I guess the service you receive depends on the individual financial advisor as our experience as been second to none!..

Can’t recommend our advisor enough, we’ve received excellent service and the fact they are independent gives us confidence they aren’t pushing their own products.

Our returns and service over the last 4…

Our returns and service over the last 4 years have been second to none, we moved from St James place and couldn’t be happier.

Our advisor has always been available to answer any queries and he explains things in an understandable way.

The fees are also much lower and clearer and feel the advice we receive is more valuable.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - DIRTY COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH DATA

This company are disgusting.
They are untrustworthy and incompetent and need to be avoided at all costs.
They are also incompetent at keeping peoples high category data safe and even when they realise a data breach has occurred they are unhelpful and evasive to the customer. In my case they took 6 months to inform the customer their data had been breached and I was literally hounded by financial companies, charities etc following the data breach.
The best thing that could happen to this horrible company is for people to avoid them at all costs.
Cannot be trusted and lacking in honesty and integrity

Freindly and Knoweldgeable

Fantastic advice, and service around mortgage and a protection plan. John was kind and patient with two newbies to the mortgage world, with some complex requirements - and he was very flexible around when and how to meet.

... so rude Samantha Thomsett said “take a hike” mortgage advisor

I used Samantha Thomsett as my mortgage advisor. She did a good job to start with but when was due for renewal she was only interested in how much money she get from the lender, she is not interested in getting you a good rate of give you a good advise, when I asked for advice her words was “take a hike”. As she said Santander is paying her only £200 and is not worth her while. I will not use her again. Stay away.

I would never seek any financial advice…

I would never seek any financial advice from this company again. My pension pot was loosing 10’s thousands and my advisor did nothing till I contacted them.
I possibly could have a lot more if not all of it.
They still get paid when you loose money 🤔

Possibly the worst financial advisor we…

Possibly the worst financial advisor we have ever had to deal with. Cant seem to get his client a mortgage offer cant explain why? Calls himself a professional yet sends rude unnecessary emails. Avoid like the plague. Wouldnt trust them with a piggy bank let alone any financial advice.

Knowledgeable and honest advisor

I had a consultation with one of the independent financial advisors. Lovely person, knows his stuff, and he was extremely helpful and open, even though this was just the free initial meeting with no strings attached. Thank you for the great first experience in wealth management.

Really poor service

Really poor service. I emailed the local 2plan advisor to try to arrange a meeting and he didn't bother to reply. I guess I'll be going elsewhere to re-mortgage.
