I worked with 2Nimble for more than a year and they provided great service editing my book and having it published. However, it appears that after I spent over $9,000 on editorial services, I submitted corrections that never took place. When I received the printed copy, I discovered that there were many errors that were not corrected. My book was listed on Amazon and other sellers in June 2022 but I have not been able to track my sales, though they signed a written contract that I would be able to track my sales and receive monthly reports. I have not received any report in over 18 months. I contacted the last owner who claimed that he had been with the company for years. I believe that he was not telling the truth. I have not been able to track my sales. If anyone knows, please tell me. I believe 2Nimble is keeping my money.

The 2Nimble website is for sale. You cannot contact them. The best thing is to file and FTC complaint.

If I could give 2Nimble a zero, I would! 2Nimble promised services to get my book published but never delivered. They stole thousands of dollars from me. This company is a huge scam! 😠

If you're reading the reviews and wondering why the sudden shift in quality, it's because of Doug Arroyo.

I worked with 2Nimble as an editor from Feb 2021 until about March 2023. Overall, great experience. Audrey was awesome, Marc (previous owner/VP) was excellent as well. Things started to go downhill when it was acquired after Marc left for a new venture.

I completed a project in Feb/March 2023 and I'm STILL waiting to be paid for it as of August 2023 (we're talking close to 3k, so it was no small amount of work or money). We had a previous issue with very late payment, so I should have taken my warning then, but things happen sometimes, so I gave them another chance. Big mistake.

The phone lines go nowhere, all social media is nonexistent for this company, and you're lucky if Doug emails you back (and if he does, you can bet he's going to stall on delivering what he owes). I was initially told that 2Nimble was closing its doors when I was "released" from my contract, but Doug later asserted that 2Nimble is NOT closing down. That's why I'm posting this review now: if it still appears as though this company is operating when you read this, DO NOT give them any money or attention.

It really is a shame because 2Nimble used to be awesome (as evidenced by earlier reviews).

I hired this company to edit and otherwise prepare my manuscript into a book in September, 2022, paying it nearly $2,500.00. I have been given a run-around, as the company fired its editors and a person who pretended to provide the service stalled, invented deadlines that he didn't keep, demanded that I provide new photos, etc., etc., etc. This company is a fraud. Do NOT use it!

I hired 2Nimble for basic manuscript edits and then a final copy edit. We worked together before the service payments grew to a large amount. I hired them for a manycript edit and was told it would take a month to complete. A month turned into two before all contact was cut from the company. I have called, sent emails to the person I was in contact with and to the company and have recieved zero responses. This company scammed me of over $2000. At this point I know I will not hear from them again or recieve the product I paid for. DO NOT hire them. They will play you until they recieve a large payment then cut contact.

I have tried to publish through 2Nimble. I have contracted them in 2022 for publishing latest by May 2022. They took half the money (over one thousand dollars , $1,000) upfront from us and kept saying the project will finish in next 10 days. Here it is February 2023 almost over a year later, they are not returning any emails or any phone calls. There is no word of even getting my money back. They are not trustworthy. I am very unhappy with their business practices!

After having a very unpleasant experince with another company that publishes words to kindle, I was very hesitant on the support I would receive and quality of work that would be provided. I was pleasantly surprised. Working with a targeted deadline, they were very accommodating and readily available for questions. I Highly Recommend....

Overall, a great experience! I would like you to clearly outline the average estimated service level. For example, "we'll get back to you in 24 hours, at the latest." Other than that, they took the time to fix any glitches that may have occurred along the way. I am very happy with their work both with the interior of my novel and designing my website. Excellent work!

I am very happy with final product of my first-time self-publishing experience, although it was not ‘self’ because I could not have done it without 2Nimble.The BEST was that someone at 2Nimble, maybe Audrey, really got into and understood my piece of historical fiction and wrote a fantastic Overview of the book, Joara, as it appears in Goggle,Amazon,etc. The not so good was the process took much longer than I was led to expect with few promised deadlines met. But I can easily forgive that in light of the excellence of the product.

Working with 2Nimble was such a great experience! As a new author, they taught me so many things to help me get my book published. It made the whole process so much easier and I am very grateful for their assistance.
