This has been a very painful experience. I purchased Microsoft365 Lite Package annual subscription since 9 December 2025 and I have had issues installing it. Ticket number 2551828. I have sent at least 6 emails requesting support and receive the same responses, either "click this link" which routes me back to the same problem or "purchase our installation service" for an additional £34. The installation guide provided is not in English. I have tried to schedule the free installation call but received a message advising that it was not available because I purchased a business package. I am a costumer and the least I expect is clear instructions and guidance , in English, directing me on how to install. Good after-sales service should compel you to engage with me in an efficient manner that results in a resolution not send the same link repeatedly which clearly does not work

I have consistently used 2GO software ever since I had heard about them.
I was sceptical at first because if something sounds to good to be true it usually is a scam. I can 100% say that this company is as far from a scam as it gets. I purchased Mcafee Internet security and it linked straight to my Mcafee account. They always come in so much cheaper than a Mcafee renewal.

Good price and service

Additionally Norton Utilitues is much easier to use to clean up my machine, I liked the revision of UI.
