Agnieszka disfigured my face. She doesn't know how to perform basic, simple procedures. She paralyzed my lower face, lips, and chin. I can't speak, I spit when I speak, I can't eat, I bite food with my lips instead of teeth, and I can't smile because I look so ugly and crazy. My face is paralyzed. She made me look like a monster. When I returned, I complained and asked for a refund, she promised me a refund, but she never paid me. She's a liar, and that makes her look so unprofessional. I cried in the salon, she laughed at me, and her Iranian receptionist too. They had a laugh, imagine!
This place is so unprofessional. Never again. I've seen her clients, and they all looked bad, just like me. I saw her in October 2025, and it's now February 2026, and my face still doesn't fully operate yet.
Shame on you, Agnieszka!

I have tried many places and this doctor is my favourite. As well as being lovely she is super knowledgeable about all sorts of treatments and highly skilled in administering. She never tries to upsell on anything but can tell you all about every new cosmetic development if you ask and about how it would work for you to make a bespoke plan that you choose. The least painful of anyone I've ever tried. The prices are unbeatable and I trust her completely. I've been going for years and she will always make it a pleasure to be there. Don't let the fact she looks 20 fool you - she's been doing this a long time, that just shows how skilled she is! It's really popular (and I can see why) so book in advance.

Great Dr. (well she is a dentist but has been doing fillers for over 10 years). Actually told me to do less than I thought I needed and it looks great. Thank you Dr. Agnes!

The therapist doesn’t have a concept of time keeping. Be prepared to waste 2 hours of your time waiting, or coming to the appointment to find that the shop closed.
They have very cheap prices but it’s not worth your time being wasted.

This place is by all means the worst place I have ever had treatment!!! The waiting time is well over an hour regardless if you have an appointment booked in your still waiting 1 hour minimum. I booked my top up appointment first appointment in the morning as I didn’t wish to wait. Well I was left outside in the freezing cold knocking the door for well over 30 minutes. I will not be returning.

Regular customer. I usually have botox and the results are wonderful. All of the staff are friendly and the clinic is very clean.

Terrific experience. Agnesca is very patient. She spends the time to explain everything. Zero pain. She has a sure sense of face morphology and offers priceless advice on what results one can expect and what is appropriate for each one. The results are great. Plus she is kind, has a wonderful sense of humour and excellent listening skills.

I am a regular patient, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dr Agnes is so knowledgeable about the latest treatments & so passionate about what she does she is so caring about her clients & never money orientated she loves to make you looking good & satisfied with the treatment. Her prices are very competitive & I am so privileged to have known her, I highly recommend her she is a diamond I trust her opinion 100% ..I will only go to her clinic been her client over 12 years never been disappointed.

What an amazing treatment experience yet again from 2Glow!! Dr Agnes’ skill and expertise is absolutely incredible. I have had several treatments at 2Glow and they are simply outstanding.
