I love the set up and encouragement, it’s not as user friendly as I would like. It would feel more fluid if workouts were in their own spot and had a mark as done when complete so you could see clear... See more

Membership rip off
I haven’t even got this out of the package due to work commitments! I haven’t even had the package- which took 4 weeks to arrive - for 3 weeks ! I’ve been charged a membership with me asking about cancelling and being told I’ve did the 28 day trial! I’ve not had it for 28 days so that’s not good ! I was advised to cancel through’ manage subscriptions’ but no verification code was sent to continue cancelling! I’ve instructed my bank to block and future payment! I still want to cancel el so please respond to this and verify an can’t!

GREAT app!
GREAT app!! The reformer board is so fun but I wanted a program that will tell me exactly what to do rather than me coming up with the exercise and frequency. Amanda and this app does just that! There are so many workout programs to choose from of varying lengths and difficulty. I will definitely keep doing this workout app!

The email transmission between me and…
The email transmission between me and 28pilates was good until I requested a refund. I've been trying for 2 days. I've had one response and replied to that response with still no guidance on what's next to receive a refund. Their refund policy is very simple in writing yet, not so simple in reality.

Do not believe the website
Delivery says 3 days, do not expect your package to arrive in this time! Took 10 days to arrive. No apology and poor excuse that “it can take longer” so the answer to that is to be transparent on the website and not express a 3 day delivery if it is not physically possible.
I made the order with extra added items, half of them did not arrive with the order. Seeing some of the reviews it looks like I am not the only one so it’s not a one off mistake. No apology, no explanation. Poor customer service. No confidence of rectifying the problem and serious concerns with the website misleading and misselling the products in the package and delivery.

DOUBLE ORDER
My wife and I both ordered this morning 5/13/25. (thinking the other person was taking care of it) I was charged $139.99 and she $149.98 + $24.99. Upon realizing the error I tried to contact the company via their c-s address "hello @28pilates.com" , hoping to cancel all three (3) orders before being processed. Unfortunately I've not received a response yet.

Horrible product
Horrible product. Flimsy piece of plastic, my daughter and I tried it. The whole board moves with you. That makes no sense. Not worth the money and the fact you have to pay to ship back to get a refund for the product is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. Never again!

Bad service. RUNNNN
Good product, bad customer service. Save your money and email them for a specific link to remove your payment info. The skool thing was low quality experience. They advertise you can extend a free trial but make it difficult to cancel. I reached out on May 2nd and they charged me on May 5 I said cancel, and they charged me $39.99. So called "Free trial" with Skool course is a complete scammmmm. Waste of time find your own free info on the board anywhere on line. Can't believe how ridiculous this customer service experience was considering how accommodating they claim to be.

Today I finished the 28 day challenge
Today I finished the 28 day challenge. It's been a journey since I started this program. I was hesitant at first since I knew nothing about Pilates or this program. On March 31st I decided to give it a shot. I ordered the board and it did take a little longer to get here than it was supposed to. Customer service was helpful with that, but they have a USPS Challenge you can do before the board arrives and those workouts were very helpful in getting to know pilates and get you ready for the board. The board finally came and I'm not going to lie I was nervous after my first day on it. It was hard keeping up with the transitions on the board, but with the encouragement and helpful advice from the community on the app. It got way better and I did become stronger everytime I used it. I ended up loving the workouts and this board. I looked forward to getting up every morning and using it. I even battled through having the worst headache because I did not want to give up. I love the people i met through this program and support I have recieved. I lost a total of 6lbs during this 28 day challenge. I did not take measurements for inches but I'm sure I lost some inches too. Since my clothes are fitting better, but not ready to buy a new wardrobe just yet. I still have some weight to lose.

This company is very hard to get ahold of. I have contacted them multiple times now with no responses and the only contact info they give you is their single email address. I have tried to cancel return and refund but they won’t respond. What a waste of money and a scam. They get you to buy but when you don’t want it anymore tough luck and they seem to be hiding bad reviews to. If you see this DONTbuy from them!!

Loved the 28 day challenge
Loved the 28 day challenge! And the community is amazing- always encouraging each other to reach our goals. The board does take some getting used to (I’ve never done Pilates before) but I’ve had no issues with it.

Stay away from 28 Pilates!!
I bought a board for the 28 Pilates Challenge. Everything started out fine. They give you access to their workout videos via Skool app. That lasts for 28 days and then they automatically charge you 39.99 for a renewal. The board is okay, but a bit wonky. Something to get used to. What they don’t tell you is that the board breaks and the resistance bands snap very easily. They claim you cannot return or exchange your board after 30 days. Very convenient when most boards last just outside of the thirty days and then the resistance bands snap. And they are very readily available to tell you they are sorry, but your loss. Do not buy a board from this company. They are all about any scam they can get away with. Another scam they put people through is making you believe that you can WIN a 3 month 1 on 1 with one of their trainers. Where they pick 13 winners that will win a 3 month body transformation. Sounds amazing, right? Well, I was picked. Super excited. They asked me a few questions about my fitness routine and what my goals were. After telling my story they asked how much I’d be willing to invest. Umm…why do I have to invest if I am winning something? Because you are not winning anything! I said I was not able to invest and they said that unfortunately, I was no longer a winner. I messaged my trainer, Amanda Buthe about it and she completely ignored me, but did respond when I said my board broke. Again, do not spend money on 28 Pilates. It is not worth all the hassle, lies and scams!

So worth it
So worth it. I cannot believe the stamina I have gained. And the strength. I am not out of breath as often which really helps my asthma.

Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. I deeply regret my purchase. For two weeks, I couldn’t even track where my order was. It finally arrived after 18 days, but the color was wrong—I ordered pink, and they sent purple. It was supposed to come with four gifts, but they didn’t send the belt. The left roller gets stuck, and there’s a bump where the timer is supposed to be fixed, which prevents it from attaching properly. This is a Chinese company and the material is very, very poor quality.
Also, when it arrived, the box and the plastic wrapping were torn. The timer doesn't work, and the reason is that they didn't install a battery.
The battery it requires is a very small watch-style battery, which is hard to find.
It's truly shameful how this company operates.
Their device is trash and disgusting.

Such a great program
Such a great program! Short workouts make it perfect for a busy mom! 10/10 recommend. The community encouragement is amazing too!

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I was very unhappy with my reformer and wanted a refund. After much back and forth, they told me they shipped me a new one. I have no desire to have 2..let alone 1! Very unhappy especially when they advertise a no risk 28 day guarantee.

28 and Feeling Great!
This experience was amazing it pushed me to my limits. When I thought I couldn’t do an exercise I proved myself wrong. The Instructor Amanda was wonderful throughout the 28 days. I didn’t have enough time with my free trial and the company was kind enough to give me the time to see if it worked for me. I noticed little differences in these 28 days and I feel stronger then ever. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me!

28Pilates
I was initially skeptical about another fitness program. As like many, I’ve tried countless ones — both online, in person, as well as fitness club memberships, personally tailored programs and group fitness etc. The 28Pilates program is by far the BEST program for anyone at any fitness level. It is self-paced but you can also select from many of the options offered in the program. As someone who is fighting the menopause battle, I found something that is FINALLY working! The content of the workouts and challenges are outstanding, but the best part is the community —exceptional, dedicated and motivating coaches, as well as supportive members who constantly inspire and motivate each other on one great team! I completed the 28-Day Challenge trial and did not hesitate to continue my fitness journey and membership. Give this one a try as you won’t regret it!

28pilates is where to go for the pilates board AND great workouts!
Pilates boards are taking the internet by storm, but there's a huge lack of resources when it comes to workout programs with the board. 28pilates.com gives you a fantastic variety of workouts through their monthly community program. But it isn't just the 28-day program with the pilates board that you get. There's also a 90-day bootcamp, a 17-day ab burner, loop workouts, chair workouts, and more. In addition, you have community support and new workouts to be found in the community forum.
Joining is very easy, as is accessing the classes. I counted somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 exercises you can do with this board, so pick out your favorites for various body parts and form your own workouts if you want to keep going past these advertised workouts.

❤️ Easily accessible and adaptable!
I love this easily accessible pilates Reformer board. Yes it has some quirks to work through with the actual board. Any work out item has those, just adapt as needed! The classes were amazing. I love the music and lack of excessive talking!
