I am a busy mom of three and it was hard to carve out time to get a workout in. I needed a program that told me exactly what to do each day. Even as a physical therapist who is fully capable of making my own work out routines, I had decision fatigue from working with patients all day, I didn’t want to create my own. I have also tried other programs and just didn’t stick to them. With this program I look forward to my workouts every day and have now consistently worked out almost every day since April! The community is also a huge benefit and keeps me accountable! I also like to check in every day.i have had some small issues with the board but customer service has always been so helpful and responsive.

Love this space!
I personally love this space! I haven't ever been able to complete a 21 day making habits challenge. Pilates 28 surpassed it & I'm now onto Day 70+. The women running the show -Meg & Amanda really show up with the help of their Leaderboards. I'm grateful they are real, down-to-earth women, some of who I consider my accountability friends. This is my forever go to! I'm 53 and this is changing my game.

the trainers and customer service has been great. the program is well thought out and there’s a real feeling of being part of something- which helps with motivation. i feel i’m in skilled, competent hands. and i’m feeling good results! reason for only 4-stars is because the reformer board has been a little wonky. 28-Pilates needs a bit more RnD so they function more smoothly.

I've only been doing the program for 2 weeks but am seeing improvement. The community is great and very supportive. The workouts are great especially since I don't have the time to go to the gym. I would definitely recommend.

The program is effective and convenient; the administration is responsive— from assisting when there’s been equipment malfunction all the way to asking members what types of additional instructional videos would assist them in reaching their goals and even creating special programs for those who have the time and interest to invest in their health journey.
Of all the things out there that people could choose from to try to make a step towards health, this is the one that’s a guaranteed success!

I love this
I love this. I used to belong to a gym for HIIT classes. But it would take me a half hour to get there 1 hour to do the class and a half hour to get home. This is so much faster and more efficient. But let’s also not forget cheaper. I get an amazing workout with great variety to keep me motivated without leaving my house. I feel stronger and motivated to take on my day.

Couldn't be happier!
This 28Pilates System is better than going to the gym! I've seen real results in just a couple weeks. I'm stronger and less lethargic during the day. And I love how supportive everyone is! You post your daily sweat checkin and people are sooo encouraging even if you fall off the wagon (like me) and get back on. I cannot say enough good things about this program!

Love the Workouts But Board Needs Some Tweaking
I’ve been wanting to try Pilates for years so I decided to take the plunge with the 28Pilates board. I absolutely love workouts. It’s only been a month and I can see a difference already. I love the various workouts and programs. The community feature is awesome because you get to connect with every day users for inspiration, assistance, and tips. The board is good but could definitely use some tweaking. I find that the board gets stuck when I move the pads past the folding seam line. It’s hard to maintain an even consistent flow because you have to apply a bit more pressure to get past the seam. Also, it would be nice to have foam padding on the hand grips. The plastic is very hard for your palms when doing pushups and it would be nice to have some cushion. I’ve had to stop using the hand grips for push ups and instead use my yoga blocks.

Love the board and love the program!!
I'm in the program since June and I absolutely LOVE the board and the work-out-classes are so much fun! I admit I haven't been very keen on working out before and I wasn't very consistent, but ever since I have started working out with the board I can't wait to get on the board, cause it's very motivating to see and feel your own weekly progress.
There are very nice and supportive people in the community, which makes the experience even better. All the coaches are there to motivate you as well! There are fantastic weekly live-classes, which you can either do live or later on if you didn't have the time. The classes by itself have an seemingly infinite amount of different exercises and they have a lovely variety. If had to criticise one thing, it would be that a few of the challenges aren't a "full video" yet but are made with short sequences of the exercise with a voice-over and a timer, which kinda dims the fun a little, since the coaches are really super-sweet and they give really useful advice and I kinda miss that during those classes. In most of the work-out-classes though, the coaches are there with you every step of the way and it kinda feels as if you're in a real class. So.. I really do love the program, cause it's perfect for everyone who likes to work-out at home!

I absolutely would recommend this to anybody. Me before and after I started is night and day difference in the results. I haven't been in this good of shape in years. I'm 3/4 of the way done with the 75 day bikini challenge and the 90 day boot camp challenge. I absolutely love the workouts they give you to go. Coach Amanda and Coach Meg and Coach Kateryna are the best! The community that they give you access to is wonderful. Plus there is always a great soundtrack playing in the background

This program has changed my life
This program has changed my life. I have been recovering from an injury and I was struggling to find a program that was rigorous but general on my joints. 28pilates was it. I was skeptical about it and that tiny reformer. However, 4 months in and I am stronger, my clothes fit better and my knees no longer hurt! My blood work came back at month 3 and I was no longer borderline diabetic and all of my numbers came back normal. I am a fan!!! Try it you will love 28pilates!

It's Worth It!!!
I started 28 days ago and must admit, I didn't realize how strong I was not lol!! Over the course of 2 weeks, I started to get a little stronger but now I'm finishing up week four and I'm much stronger than I was when I started. The workouts are not long and they can be very tough but I really like it. I haven't seen any earth shattering changes in my body as I had hoped but I'm still pleased with the progress I've made. It's worth it to learn the pilates moves with the reformer.
