Avoid 24Play Casino – total scam.
They use fake “terms” and endless excuses to avoid paying. Customer support just delays and repeats scripted answers. You’ll never see your money back. Stay away from this setup — pure con artists.

Obviously I’m not having all the issues that I’m reading on here, as I’ve always been paid out on every bet- even some big ones.
I do admit it that it can be slower to receive the winnings compared to other sites- but it’s usually paid with 3-5 days.
No issues really, and I enjoy the games on offer.
Would be nice to see temple of treasures MEGAWAYS though.

This is a scam, you won 600f and unfortunately three months have passed and they haven't paid me the winnings, they keep writing about patience and the process is ongoing, it's a disaster.

Never use this casino! I have waited 3 months for a withdrawal and keep being told to be patient. The customer service is appalling, they will cancel the chat if they can't answer your query. AVOID at all costs.
In my opinion, they're SCAMMERS.

This casino needs closing down ASAP I don't know how they are being allowed to continue taking people's money they owe me £300 which I don't think I will ever get back I can't even close my account down because they don't answer my emails like everybody says on here they just fob you off telling you on chat they are very busy with withdrawals and to be patient I have been patient STEER CLEAR they will not pay you hopefully something will be done to close this site down soon

Been waiting over a year for withdrawal. Keep getting emails about me being in a syndicate and some other bs. About time this site was shutdown.

Stay away from this casino. I made a deposit of £50. They give a total bonus of £300. In order to withdraw any funds you have to wager £300 x 50. This is £15000 total.

Luckily for me I wagered 15000 £1 bets and ended up with £800. The site enabled me to withdraw the funds after verification.

They state it takes 21 working days. Its been over that now and all I get from customer services is that its being checked. Totally a scam. Stay clear

Scam! Even if you win they don't allow the withdrawal because you have to play until you run out of money!
I put £200 inside, made 300, I want to withdrawal but the customer support told me I have to play £1120 to be able to withdrawal!! Funking unbelievable!!

This is a scam casino I won money but looks like I will never receive them unfortunately. 2 weeks already past and my withdrawal is still pending, i messaged and they said that it mite take another few days to confirm my withdrawal and then 7 to 21 days to reach my bank. I dont have a hope anymore that I will receive my money.

This is a scam , I was enjoying the site and the casino games where great but big snag is that I won and I have been waiting now 21 days for my withdrawal to hit my account and now feel scammed as they said it could take up to 21 days!! Beware
