24Option.com SCAM by cold calls will deplete your account

When I just started trading with 24 Option my so called "Account manager", Elisona, called me every day and gave me advice on what trades to open and when... This is obviously not standard practice. This is known as Investment Cold calls.

Investment cold calls

A scammer claiming to be a stock broker or portfolio manager calls you and offers financial or investments advice. They will claim what they are offering is low-risk and will provide you with quick and high returns, or encourage you to invest in overseas companies. The scammer's offer will sound legitimate and they may have resources to back up their claims. They will be persistent, and may keep calling you back.

The scammer may claim that they are approved by a real government regulator or affiliated with a genuine company.

The investments offered in these type of cold calls are usually share, options trading or foreign currency trading. The scammer encourages you to buy shares in a company that they predict is about to increase in value. You may be contacted by email or the message will be posted in a forum. The message will seem like an inside tip and stress that you need to act quickly. The scammer is trying to boost the price of stock so they can sell shares they have already bought, and make a huge profit. The share value will then go down dramatically.

If you invest you will be left with large losses or shares that are virtually worthless.

This exact scenario happened twice to me.

After the first complete bust my "Account manager", Elisona, called me and just let me know that it is NOT a loss... hahaha... And that she has prepared a recovery plan for me...

So I made the mistake to listen to her and invest again, just to lose all of it again!

After losing it all again. Guess what her first words are to me: "ARE YOU HAPPY NOW". Wow I was shocked to hear this. She is evil and has no heart.

Now I am under great financial stress and where is she??? Ignoring my mails and never calling?

This is without a doubt a scam.

These people have no remorse. No grace.

Conclusion: Do not invest with 24Option.com

24Option not returning funds

24Option have been told not to trade by FCA and CySEC and I'm having a real struggle getting my funds back. They were told to return funds by 11th June but they are now giving an excuse that their banks are holding up fund returns. does anyone else have the same experience.

disgusting they took over £200 pounds from me saying it was allowed under the contract even though all of my details were not accepted which to me means you are not accepted but still they took the money and i never even traded with them. I think this is theft and they should be banned from trading all together . I would be punished if i stole money from someone, they just get away with it wholesale .DISGUSTING

I have never experienced such appalling service. I lost £17000 in a couple of hours and my account manager never even called me. (money I accumulated) He never wanted me to withdrawal money and it was a painful process when I did twice. It took 16 days to get my refund when they were shut down for misconduct. I only got it as I contacted FCA and coppied in an email . It was constant lies and they ignore you .

Anyone who invested get in touch with FCA

I started trading a couple of months ago, I wanted to be taught, I was given a manager to help me. I lost a load of money and I no longer heard from him again. A senior manager calls me from 24optionand offers to help recoup the lost. I deposit more funds, Then I am told no longer regulated and they have been told to return all UK investors funds back to them by 11.6.20. My Withdrawal request was made 4th June and have yet to receive my money back. I have chased them and told being processed but taking longer than expected due to their bank.

Withdrwals/funds/extremely poor customer service

Good afternoon all,

I would like to make a complaint regarding the fact that I have submitted a withdrawal one week ago (on 3rd of June 2020) but 24 option did not processed it yet, which is totally unacceptable!!!

In this time I have been assured that everything is fine and the funds will be released soon, but this did not yet happened.

Hopefully at least now /today they will release my funds as this is my right !

I opened an account with 24 after an advert seen on the Internet offering free Automated Trading. To my dismay, it's not for free. You apparently need 10 Indicators at a cost of $500 each. Was bullied by the chap on the phone, didn't like his attitude and withdrew my Money on the same day. Won't recommend 20, that's for sure

I got involved with 24 option.com explaining to them that I had never traded before, they appointed a trader to guide me by the name of Arjan who had about the same knowledge as me, I tried to contact him and leave messages for him to call me, weeks would go by and I would not hear from him and my investment was going down,I contacted the company and recommended that they sack him, they are a very unprofessional company. I would recommend that you do your own trading.

NOT IMPRESSED

I signed up with this online company to invest in the Bitcoin Evolution.
I simply wanted to put funds into the Automated Trading.
How simply could it have been?......It wasn’t simple at all.
Firstly I transferred £500 into 24Option, as I just wanted to “test the water”.
I then got a call from a guy who introduced himself as my personal account manager. I explained what I intended doing, but he just glossed over the fact that all I wanted to do was invest in the auto trading, as I can’t sit around all day looking at computer screens!
He then talked me into investing in crude oil and the Nasdaq exchange.
To do this he told me I needed to transfer another £4000!!....woe woe woe!
I transferred another £500, thus now equating to £1000 invested.
I foolishly went along with his “tips” and within 48 hours I had lost £300.
I kept telling him that all I wanted to do was invest in the Automated Trading, but he just ignored it by saying we will look at that later!.....Too late Buddy!....I took the hit, withdrew my funds, and have posted this review.....it looks like we are both losers now!

Disgusted

I recently deposited £500 in to option 24 the document process was a nightmare. After several attempts and I decided somewhat that I didn’t trust them. I tried on several occasions to withdraw my money.I must admit the withdrawal process is the most complicated process I’ve ever come across.
several days later I was sent an email saying it was rejected due to lack of information, there was no default on the process to alert you if you had
not entered the correct information etc.
I decided to close my account and requested the monies be sent to my card and sent an email to request this I received no notification for my request so I decided to sign in to see if they had actioned my withdrawal to my horror they had deducted 80 Euros from my account due to lack of trade etc.
Still waiting for my £428.98 I quest that’s why if you read the small print most investors lose 89% of monies traded.Tasty profit for doing nothing, be careful.
