Unprofessional. Bad customer service.
Very unprofessional business with bad customer service:
- They don’t have a phone number nor an online chat. You can reach them only by email.
- They take for ever to reply to emails.
- They sent me the wrong items.
- I sent them pictures of it, but then they asked for even more pictures and let me wait a long time before admitting they were wrong and finally giving me some way to return the items.
- They clearly write everything through Google Translate.

In your case, we have seen that it was our claim department that requested more documentation, and that the customer care agent replied to you as fast as possible in the situation.
We see that you have been offered compensation but declined.

Only sending things back could be faster, but it's not about you, how the post system works.

When you order from the Finnish site, in Finland, your order is processed properly. That is also why payment goes through.
In the tracking link of your returned order, we see that the parcel has not arrived at our warehouse yet.
As soon as it does, you will receive a confirmation and - your full refund.

Bought a motorcycle lift that is literally unable to lift a motorcycle weighing 140kg, even though the lift max capacity is 150kg. You put the lift under the bike, and try to lift it and it will start to tilt to the side you're pressing the lever, which would drop the bike on its side if kept going.
