I ordered two items one lost one damaged.
I ordered two items , a gazebo and a foldable table. The table was never delivered and reported “lost”. The gazebo was delivered but the box and gazebo was damaged. Poor service and something I will definitely not be a returning customer.
Dave at customer service was helpful though.

Over 2 weeks to let me know my purchase wasn't in stock!
I purchased a skidplate from their online store and received an estimated delivery date.
Just over 2 weeks later I received an email to say that my skidplate was no longer in stock and I would receive a refund within 5 working days making the whole process nearly a month of them sitting on my limited funds and preventing me from purchasing elsewhere.
###update following 24MX response.
I want to thank 24MX for their response but also wanted to mention that not all my items were delivered due to you not having them in stock, contradictive of website.

Good quality products
Bought gazebo, chairs, motorcycle drop mat (actually bought 2 for inside my camping tent/living pod) good for when your on hard ground/gravel.
I used to use the gazebo when camping with the Tentbox but we’ve now got a living tent I use the gazebo at work when it’s raining to keep my tools and our workbench dry when building extensions. Happy with everything that I’ve bought from the company and delivery doesn’t take too long even though it’s coming for out with the UK.

The prices are great but varied, customer service is outstanding.
The prices are great but varied (if you put items in your basket, ask questions about them, receive an answer in a day or so and then go back to checkout, the prices may have changed. The algorithm they use for pricing thinks the items are in demand and alters the price in the background. I contacted customer support and the honoured the original price. The speed of shipping and ease of processing purchases is amazing.
Custom service is a message system but really good too.
