The item purchased had to be returned…

The item purchased had to be returned as it was unsuitable. 24MX, however, dealt with the issue professionally and promptly and refunded the total cost without issue. They were easy to deal with, no dramas. Impressive service. Thanks

Customacces side pannier

Brought a customacces side pannier from them after damaging my left side one like the fact they sell single sides quality is better than my original and the price is fantastic the long delivery date kinda sucks but the price more than made up for it so all in all great experience and will definitely use them again in the future
