We hadden u op 10/02 nog gevraagd om ons enkele extra foto's door te sturen maar hierop nooit meer een antwoord gekregen. Daarom werd dit euvel dus helaas nog niet opgelost.
Misschien is ons bericht in uw SPAM terecht gekomen.

Dear, the package took a rather longer time to reach me than expected, 8 days in fact, where the website promises a 'fast delivery'. I don't consider 8 days a fast delivery, to be honest...
Also there was a slight damage to the plastic case of the spoke spanner, so the packaging could possibly be improved.
Still, the order was not urgent, and the small damage does not deter me. I was very happy with the price (I believe I had a 50% black Friday reduction or so...), so all in all a satisfied customer anyhow.
