Shipment promised to come in two days, now it took 2 weeks and still no shipment. Contact in wwb page snet you "Free newsletter". Contact via email takes you to an empty page. I think there is no warehouse in EU, instead shipments are coming from China - am I wright? Why promising quick delivery if there is no goods available.

I bought something from this site and…
I bought something from this site and immediately after making this order I tried to cancel it but couldn’t so I had to contact their Gmail but then they progressed my order and said that they didn’t see my mail and was told not pick up the parcel then I will get refund but now they are saying that I have to pay 9€ of shipping which doesn’t make a sense to me, I mean they didn’t check the mail, it’s their fault right.

Missing parts
I bought a hammock and a stand. I received a package that doesn't have all the parts and Linda from customer service answered me once and after that I didn't get any more answers. now I have a hammock stand without all the parts.
