They say 24hr doc and it has been 15 hr and still have heard nothing. Also what is the point of a phone number and business hours if nobody answers the phone. But they definitely want there money up front for piss poor service

Ii paid $15.00 extra to get my…

Ii paid $15.00 extra to get my prescription expedited and that didnt happen. They said it would take 5 hours . It took double the said. Also they didnt prescribe anything for pain!!!

Absolutely horrible experience…

Absolutely horrible experience according to your website you all are located in Texas and close at 11 PM. I placed my order at 9 PM Eastern time which is 7 PM Texas time and you all are basically getting back to me 10 1/2 hours after the fact, even though the very first page on your webpage says no more than five hours and you charged me an extra $15 to get that review done in 45 minutes. I don’t know what the review is for seeing as it’s 10 1/2 hours later after the fact.

Back and Forth

Said my prescription was sent, showed up and they had nothing in the system. Luckily got a hold of customer service after trying to call like 10 times. If I didnt get a hold of them, who knows if I would have gotten it. Worked, so ill give 3 stars.

I have open blisters and they prescribe…

I have open blisters and they prescribe me a cream and when I look it up it says not to put on ope blisters. So thanks for stealing my money from the site and Walgreens. And my foot is still messed up.

They lie about wait times

Paid $39.99 for a 2-4 hour wait time for meds, when in reality it was SIX AND A HALF HOURS. I tried to call customer service I called MORE THAN 20 TIMES IN A ROW looking for answers just for NO ONE to answer. It would’ve been much better off paying any other company to get the meds sooner.

The customer communication is horrible…

The customer communication is horrible you cannot speak to someone directly. They sent the wrong medication. I was unable to get ahold of customer service to fix it. Stay away from this place.

Medicine prescription was never sent

Medicine prescription was never sent.

Update: the medication was sent, the pharmacy was supposed to be open and it didn't open that day so I didn't know the medicine was sent to the pharmacy until two days later. I did get my medicine, it is legit

My doctor never received the request

My doctor never received the online request sent to them. I wasted a trip and had to contact the online dr. Several times to get them to call in the meds. I would still use them again, just need to get their logistics straightened out. Not sure if it was on the online Dr's side or the pharmacy...
