I sent in the request for medicine and…
I sent in the request for medicine and I paid $15 extra for expedited service. Over 9 hours went by and I called the pharmacy when they opened and they said they still didn’t receive the prescription. I had to email and send a message asking where the medicine was. Why did I pay $15 more on top of your cost for an expedited response and not get it?

Antibiotic for a tooth infection was…
Antibiotic for a tooth infection was sent to the wrong pharmacy, one that I did not request. I paid for expedited prescription and after 24 hours and I’m still waiting to access the prescription since it’s a Sunday and the pharmacy they chose to send it to doesn’t open until Monday.
