Sold me the wrong part costing me a…

Sold me the wrong part costing me a loss of customers and future profits.
Id give less than a one star if option was available. I asked for them to confirm part before i orderd it. You told me it wasnt possible and ASSURED me it was the correct part.

Communication was awesome

Communication was awesome. Joe always answered the phone or returned my call within an hour. Additionally he responded to all emails with complete answers not leading to me needing to ask more questions. The packaging was seriously bullet proof. Funny though it still arrived cosmetically damaged. He offered to replace it or discount it.

Bottom line.
Joe's level of professionalism is very rarely seen in business anymore.

did not send sealer nor screws with order, nor did anyone respond to my complaint submitted on 09/08/24 needless to say i cannot recommend you in the future

On Aug 28 this order was delivered. On Sunday Sept 8, we received the message that the customer needs parts. We responded Monday moring to the customer's request.

Quick delivery

Delivery arrived early the next day. I wish there had been an option to deliver basic freight and save on shipping. All said and done, probably saved $100 over free shipping Amazon. The quality seemed similar to the products offered on Amazon. An instruction sheet could be useful. It wasn’t a difficult installation but recommendations to use Tapcons and caulking would have been helpful since I am a homeowner and not a contractor.
