I had a great experience dealing with 24center.se. I sent my request in for a plumber on a Saturday evening and received a phone call that night in order to find out more about the problem. 24 center was able to organise a plumber to fix the problem on Monday. I am extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

My case was handled very promptly and professionally. Help arrived within no time. The plumber Hamza and his colleague from VVS Expert Sverige were polite, professional and very efficient.

Came right away and did a very good job.

After receiving invoice, had some mail conversation and phone calls with 24 center support. They listened and hear from myself and the electrician. 24 Center agreed refund/revert the invoice. Updated with 3 stars, as I would like them to improve on giving some high level estimation based on job requirement, not just leave it to electrician who made visits.

Felt scammed by 24 center and its service.

I have ordered Electrical work for Kitchen renovation, waited for 20 days and ended up paying 2500 sek for nothing.

Job Description: Power outlet for Fridge, Freezer, Oven, microwave for old Kitchen. Need to take new wire from main to the kitchen.

- Contacted 24 center Feb 1 and booked electrician for Feb 5
- Unfortunately Electrician was sick and can not able to come.
- Called back 24 center and got another electrician.
- 2nd Electrician visited and estimated 5 to 6 hrs job (5600 sek + materials), but he booked new date for Feb 19
- Unfortunately he was also got sick and I had to call 24 center for another electrician.
- 3rd one came on same day. But he demanded 17000 to 20000 sek for the same job saying he will do only full wiring and high quality Job. When I told I am happy with standard work, he refused to do it.

- Now 24 center asking me to pay 2400 sek as minimum charge for which I dont have other option.

Their services are not customer supportive and there is no protection over the scams that their partners can do.
Despite expensive for simple jobs, beware you could end up paying for nothing.

The service was prompt and the job good. But they seriously overcharged for parts, by over 100%. For that, I cannot recommend them.

I hired an electrician to connect my washing machine wire(without the plug) to the pre-prepared wall electric outlet in the bathroom. A very basic connection work but my rented apartment company wanted proof that the washing machine was connected by a "professional". Anyway the customer service was very good and helpful. The electrician was nice, punctual and professional. The work was done in 15 mins. I paid 3750 kr. One star is less because of the cost. I don't agree with such a high electrician cost for such a basic electrical connection but unfortunately it's like this. One other company said the cost would be 4700 kr(ridiculous). So atleast it was cheaper than that 🙄😃

Rip off prices at a time when you're in need, definitely take advantage of you. Price comparison of services linked to apartment contracts are about half the cost (lost key, drilling locks).
