Metal smell???
Love the colour, love the light weight feel of the bottle. However oddly and disappointingly I get a metal smell from my bottle when I go to drink from it - I find this odd and a little worrying - should I be??

It doesn’t keep the water cool for very long, and if the water you put in is cold, it’s hard to hold the bottle because it gets freezing.

Customer Services needs to be improved
I'm so disappointed with this brand. I have been buying their lovely bottle for almost 5 years and see it going down hill. The customer service is awfull, and their design is no longer fun and original, not even mentioning Fedex courier! I've received my bottle with a missing accessory which was meant to be a Christmas gift and been trying to contact the customer service they NEVER reply to any of the message. I literally called them in Italy and they clearly made everything to not help me by saying they can't hear me and that they can't find my order. I think will buy at resellers shops next time.
EDIT -I called back again and she miraculously find my details on their system. Within few hours they sent me an email confirmation for a replacement plus small goodies to apologise
