I finally got my red Smeg bottles 😊 really nice design and good quality. I wish they had a yellow one too, and it would be so nice if you could engrave names on them, would make a perfect gift.

The items are great, but the customer service is non-existent. I asked a question about Titanium bottle accessories compatibility a month ago but I never got an answer. Too bad, because it was for a gift and after waiting for long I eventually just bought the bottle. I have high standards for this company as my family and I have been using their products for over 8 years now. They should do better.

I love these bottles. They perform as promised and the designs are lovely. I have them for myself so I can take hot and cold drinks out with me. My daughter and her partner also have them. The sports cap and carrying handles are an added advantage, making them convenient for exercise. I also love the philosophy of the company. So what is not to love??

I'm very pleased with the 24bottles team. I bought a bottle from them that was damaged through no fault of my own. I contacted them, they investigated the situation and sent me a new bottle very quickly. They also corrected the product description to clarify which accessories fit which bottles. I highly recommend them; the product is high quality and the team is dedicated to serving.

The super-light water bottle was exactly as described and came on time in compostable packaging hence the 5* rating.
