fast shipping, great products. totally satisfied

I ordered two Travel Tumblers (600 ml). One of them arrived with a broken lid. I reported this and requested a solution via the 24Bottles portal. That was a month ago. I even sent a reminder. Still no response at all. Do not order from them.

The overa Quality is top notch. Even the delivery was fast.

At first I was very happy with my bottle as it stays warm for a long time and it has a beautiful design.
Unfortunately the lid broke (while it was not that old, even the sticker on the bottem was still on there) and I emailed them about it.. 2-3 times and I havent heard anything from them so far.
Quite sad as I liked the bottle very much at first, but I cannot use it anymore.

I was looking to replace my bottled water and insulated bottles with plastic spouts. 24bottles is the one! I have the habit to thouroughly scrub and rinse my bottles with very hot water after each use, and I often worry plastic will leach into my water, so I frequently replace my bottles. I only use this for water, but it has no metal or weird smell at all even with just plain water. The silicone ring is a little hard to dig out, but there are no hard-to-get-into crevices. The 500ml is more lightweight than I thought, and carrying it is just like carrying a standard plastic bottled water. I'm very impressed with the quality of this bottle. Will definitely repurchase in the future.

I love the products, the easy ordering procedure on the website and the quick delivery. All in all, always perfect.

Received a bottle with a bad quality printing, asked the next day to return it and to send me a new one. Didn't receive any response. Tried to reach out like 10 times, on their website, by email, ... it's been a month now. Still nothing.

I just love all my 24 bottles.
The collors are great. The quality is the best.
The water stays cold and I bring my bottle with me every where.
The bottles are super as gifts.

I bought this bottle for my kid but, just after 4 days, on the first time that my kid dropped the bottle on the floor, the lid broke.
For the price that I paid, I was expecting more durability, especially when it’s described as being a “kids bottle”.
I tried to contact the company but my message was sent almost 3 weeks ago and no one ever contacted me back. This shows that the customer service is also not that good. That’s a shame as I had high hopes for this product.

I don't know if I had an experience with a real company or a scam group. I bought a tin bottle thinking it was a "thermos" because the content on the page was quite confusing. I only realized this after filling the bottle with cold water. I returned the bottle the same day but was refused a refund simply because it was used. It's best to stay away from them.
(After your reply, I’m even more convinced of what I wrote. You still have a long way to go toward transparency, professionalism, and courtesy — all qualities with which, for now, you don’t seem very familiar.)

I loved the packaging and it seemed very good bottles. However, I bought 2 and they are terrible quality. The water does not remain cold in summer.

bottle looks nice - but i received the wrong color and i have sent an email to make an exchange - the process appears complicated - I have not received a reply to my email in 5 days.
