Order was processed very efficiently, lots of emails giving me updates on how the order was progressing, and good value/prices compared to many other online retailers

ordered new jaloezies, one was broken. one could't go down. So i called the company and told them that one of them couldn't get down. We'll they send me a new one without any hesitation or something I needed to show them. But they send me the wrong one. So I called them to tell them they send me the wrong one. And they promised me to send the good one to me. This was in March. Were now in May and I called them to ask how the status was. And they are like, we can't give you a new one without proof that its broken. So I needed to make a movie of what's wrong with the jaloezie. I told them its difficult for me because onces the jaloezie is up it couldn't go down anymore. But they didn't care. even tough they promised me to send a new one without any movie a couple months ago, they still didn't care and needed a movie. So I send them a movie last monday. And today I called them to ask what the status is. And there distribution centrum was telling them, Oh it seems like something is stuck in the cove. Maybe she should try with a pencil. We''ll I already tried a knife and a pencil before I even called them it's broke for the first time! And last time after I maked the movie for them I also tried a knife and a pencil. Because otherwise they only way to get the jaloezie down is to take it all of, put it on the floor and shake it around and pulling the cord and then I need to hang the jaloezie of 184 cm x 174 cm back with everything hanging down! I told them to send someone over here to check it for them selves, But they don't have someone to send over because they distribution centrum is in England. So I am really disipointed in this company and don't reccomend anyone to buy something here! I have brand new jaloezies, and one of them is broken from the start, it's allready 4 months ago and I am still here with a broken jaloezie!

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS MERCHANT!!! I could give zero star if I could. I trusted their well designed website and ordered two pieces of blinders, here is what I got:

1, Incorrect size: the product delivered is shorter than ordered, I ordered the width 250cm and 150cm, got 246cm and 146 cm, the shortage is very obvious, but the customer service was bold enough to claim that it is within the range, well played!!

2, Poor quality of the string and the roller, they are both extremely heavy to pull, which gives the big burden to not only the string but also the wall to hold them, even with the plug bolt I serious doubt the sustainability, as one of the string is already broken at second time of usage.

3, Chemical smell of the metal coating on the side, it is socalled "Solar Protective Coated (SPC) stof" is actually just low quality aluminum coating, which has been radiating the disturbing chemical smell since almost 3 month ago, we had to take them off and replace ikea ones, which are honest much better in quality!!

In general, I have to say that the overall quality of the product is very poor, I don’t see any possibility of using them so I have removed them from the wall, trying to return the product or get refund, was told that it's impossible. What a fraud.
