Was meant to view 2 properties. .only did 1 and that was mess 4 the price ..was told the other 1 was worse then the one I looked at... girl was very nice and told me about one that was coming up soon on spring well gardens. .??? Said she would ring me wen she got bk to office.... I'm still waiting. ...

For me is the best agency in town.Always there when you need them. Harley and all the staff they are lovely .

From the first day of viewing the house, our agent Danielle has been nothing but helpful. Between her and the maintenance guys, everything has been sorted in great time and to a very pleasing standard. I have no broblem recommending this company to people in the future and am very happy to have finally found a company and an agent that seems to actually care about their tenants.

As a landlord I have been with 247 for 10 years. They really do take the hassle out of being a landlord and go that extra mile for me, I wouldn’t be with any other agency. Everyone there really helpful and efficient. Especially Jodie.

I would just like to thank Danielle for her hard work. When we moved into the house Danielle explained everything we needed to know and was extremely helpful in getting repairs done to the house (thank you to the maintenence team too)
I would certainley recomend Danielle and 247 properties to anyone.

Absoloutly fantastic!! From becoming homeless with my 3 children to moving in a property took 24 hours!! This is amazing in its self. Then to have a minor accident in the house my son recived an apologetic gift of a iPad. This is just going above and beyond.
When I need to phone 24/7 Mary, Danielle and the new guy (sorry I don't no his name) are helpful and get things sorted quick. The maintanance team are great and full of banter! Lastly Mr Walsh I can't thank you enough, after a rough couple of months I can now look to the future. Thankyou once again

Highly recommend 247 property rental . Danielle's customer service was excellent and hugely appreciate her fast work at having the property available and all works completed in such a short space of time.

I was made homless on thursday. Was sleeping on the streets for about three days. I went into 24/7 propertys and how do i say this? He gave me a chance. I now have a room thats warm and clean. He also set me up with a job. They are so nice at 247. They looked after me and give me a chance in life when i had nothing. I can now start getting my life back together all thanks too them. Such nice people. I would have nothing if it wasent for them.

Extremely disappointed.

I'm in the process of finding a new home, this is not only difficult in itself finding something that is suitable for what I need it for, to then be made more difficult by estate agents who obviously don't want to show me around a property I was greatly interested in. I spoke to Danielle (after the second time of enquiring via Zoopla) who did a lot of "I can't" "unfortunately" "we wouldn't be able to" which is not in the stereotype of a sales-woman.

You wouldn't believe all this aggro was created by not having viewing times to suit me. I work 9:00-16:30 and was wanting an appointment at 17:00, I appreciate that is weirdly the end of their working day (cannot be suitable for 50% of people at least) however when called upon in my job to stay behind a little bit to get something done, I do so without question.

This is the only agents I've found so far who cannot offer one late night a week, or a Saturday morning appointment for viewing.

The best part of the advert for this property is the mention of only accepting working tenants. HOW?

I suggest the person who tries to sensor my review for "not a true buying experience" which by the way would've been if I could have viewed the property, to the office manager so he can appreciate how this is unsuitable for some working people.

The company is literally called 24/7 Property Services.

ADAPT YOUR OFFICE HOURS.

Firstly we spoke to Ian on the phone; he was very bubbly and upfront. We then met up with Danielle, who was very professional, thorough and approachable. We have previously spoken with other estate agents, to which it’s how they say it is, even if we have seen otherwise, but with Danielle, this was not the case, She was very honest, understanding and generally a very nice person. We then went into the office to sort out the paperwork, to which we seen Ian, and another agent and Danielle, to whom all were very friendly, bubbly and a pleasure to be around. Ian was very informed on any concerns we had, and is a great laugh, and Danielle i would say the best estate agent that we have come across! Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly with the move, but we are sure it will, we have great confidence in the staff at 247 Property Services. We will update our experiences as time goes on, but to break it down into a small sentence, great staff, very informed, professional and helpful, we would recommend to family and friends. unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.
I have rented my property for 8 years. the last 2 years with 24/7.
They have made mistake after mistake. They take money from the rent for repairs without contacting the landlord. They do there own gas check and over charge when there is still a valid certificate. You were given the certificate as proof on emails. you do over charge and when you take money from the rent it took over a month to refund. 100% would NEVER recommend this agency !!!!!

i went into 247 as i had a home emergency mr welch was extremely helpful i would not hesitate too recommend this company and if i find myself in the same situation again i would not hesitate to use this company.

I have been with 247 for many years now and they have always provided a good level of service. Always friendly. Danielle especially is very helpful and always very efficient. I would recommend services to anyone.

I was impressed with their performance initially but there was a great mistake on their part at the end. A wrong address was sent to the DPS and I received an incorrect certificate which is yet to be rectified.
Hence the downgrade from a possible 5 Star to 3.

Unprofessional with very little communication

247 in name only!! They are never open. They never answer their phone. They rent out poor quality houses. They don't return calls. They are not helpful. Their staff seem untrained...........
