"I applied for a loan and was denied based on poor credit. My main feedback for the company is to be more transparent about their minimum credit requirements upfront. It would save applicants a 'hard pull' on their credit report and a lot of time if the criteria were clearer before hitting submit. The denial email itself was professional, but the outcome was frustrating."
