We booked an inspection trip to search for a Spanish property whilst attending A Place in the Sun exhibition in Manchester.
We met David who talked us through the process of purchasing and Spain and set a date for the visit.We booked 24/7 Casas for the full inspection visit package and they arranged accommodation, flights and transport.

On arrival at Alicante airport, David met us and took us on a general area tour before taking us to our apartment. For the next 3 days, David drove us around all the surrounding areas so we could get a feel for the area and see what houses were in our price range.

Now about David. he is polite ,timely, professional,knowledgeable, approachable, funny and very easy to get on with. There was no sales push, just sound advice.
We returned to the UK after 4 days and knew that we would be purchasing in the Alacante region.

2 weeks later we booked a 10 day trip to go property hunting again.
David kindly arranged transport from the airport and met us the next morning. He said he was happy to drive us any where we wanted to have a look and he did just that.

On day 2 of the visit we put an offer in on a property that was accepted. David still offered his services of ferrying us around for the remainder of the time we were there.

Just completed a Viewing trip with 246 Casas and want to say how highly I would recommend this company Tiffany our sales executive could not have done any more for us, from picking us up at the airport, to arranging accommodation through her team, arranging viewings for us throughout the week. She was so patient even when we changed our criteria on what we wanted, she adapted our search when we changed our budget and also worked through her evenings searching for properties for us to view the following day. We ended up putting a deposit down and our dream Apt. She gave us a wealth of information about the area, explained the buying process, sorted out the initial legal paperwork and provided information about property management and costings. We are returning home today very exited about our new property and look forward to the completion day. Thank you so much Tiff and the great team you works with.

We came over to Spain for a viewing trip and were extremely impressed with the service we received from Tiffany. The communication before our visit was first class. We were met at the airport, taken to our accommodation then looked after throughout our trip. We were shown a good selection of properties, given good information about the surrounding areas including places to visit, best places to shop and answered all our queries. By the end of our visit we were lucky to have found a property that met all our requirements. As well as finding us our ideal property Tiffany organised all visits to the agents and lawyer's and will still be in contact up until and after completion. We can't thank Tiffany enough for all the help and advice she has given us in finding our ideal home.

The team, and Tiffany in particular are brilliant, helpful and friendly.

Like many people in the UK over the last couple of years we have nurtured a dream to have a bolt hole in the sun. Having spent quite a lot of time watching TV programs and registering our interest with local agents, we eventually found an apartment which met our needs and contacted the agent Easyads. The agency contacted us through their representative Liuber Gonzalez. Despite not being able to go to Spain to view the property Liuber could not have done more to show us the property via video link. We made the decision to buy the property and Liuber was on hand to answer any questions that we had, always answering promptly. When Covid restrictions eased and we were able to go to Spain and view the property Liuber was on hand to show us around the property.

Russell from 247 casas was excellent. We started searching for our Spanish property while we was still in the UK. Russell sent over property details for us to look at. When we arrived in Spain, Russell showed us around all the areas and we visited lots of properties. He spent all the day with us, stopping for lunch at lovely restaurants. Nothing was to much trouble and we never felt under pressure at all. Everything was done at our pace. I have since recommended Russell to a friend in the UK who is also looking to buy property in Spain.
We finally bought our Spanish Casa in San Miguel de Salinas. Its beautiful. Thank you Russell for all your help and support.

After attending "A Place in the Sun" exhibition in Birmingham last October, where we spoke to Mark from Easyads Estate Agents, we registered our interest in purchasing a property in Costa Blanca South with them.
It wasn't long before Misa rang us to introduce himself and confirm our preferences of what we were looking for in our Spanish holiday home. He was very helpful, providing useful information on different properties and even printed off maps, bus routes and available properties to view.
Misa met up with us at our accommodation on Monday morning and took us on a tour of the Orihuela Costa to point out various landmarks then proceeded to take us on four viewings of which we really liked the fourth one. We had a lovely relaxed lunch and a good discussion and Misa was really easy to get on with.
On Tuesday Misa picked us up again and took us for a second viewing and we definitely knew that it was the property for us. We could not believe that Misa had found us such a perfect apartment that ticked every box on our wish list.
Misa was the perfect gentleman and very professional, he went above and beyond his duties by picking us up and taking us to our solicitors on the Wednesday morning and he even offered to take us shopping. He could not do enough to help us in our quest to find our ideal property. We have found a friend for life and will meet up with him next time we are over in Spain to pick up our keys.

We have just returned from our first trip to our apartment we purchased with the team at La Zenia. It was a pleasure and a very good experience that we had, the team have really been behind us with our purchase.
David was exceptional with his service and communication throughout the whole process. A very knowledgeable and friendly man who we now consider a friend, nothing was any trouble.
