Willing to obtain relevant information about licensed activity they perform i have contacted the relevant chat support. Asking for license jurisdiction, license no etc. - I did receive only the response - "all is available on our site" and "we are working based on a valid license"...nothing more indicating where on the site is the license info provided or who is the licensor who issued the relevant approval...no license is published at lll...

The site of 22bet seems to be more advantageous. Howevere before going to add any money on a betting site eeryone has to check primary details about busines origin and required details as to be on a safety side before losing any funds. Similar like suprebets and many others.
So, i have done it. As I saw that there is no published data about 22bet license to operate as a bookmaker i have initiated a chat with customer support team with its employee - Iglika. I have the text copied in word. However the site does not allow the chat conversation to be dowloaded nor sent by e-mail... The site in fact does not publish any licence or other signs that allow them to act as a bookmaker company. nor on the site nor within the general rules etc. documents. I have duly requested the infrmation from its empoyee. I did not receive any positive answer stating they have a bookmakers license as all other offiially registered bookmakers owe. Go to any of them and take a look at the bottom part.
So i did the concusion fof myself not to waste money into suspicious site with no valid license.
As to create safety market i did include my experience before going into real trouble. If we do not nothing they are still going to steal fund from all registered users.
I am ready to change my review once they proof they meet requirements to operate as an online bookmaker. All participant are allowed to know under which jurisdiction they shall complain and ask for support once there is an issue...Same data is also missing from the site and General rules...

I have undeniable video evidence from the official broadcaster (Canal 11) of a second yellow card at 31:37 (Rafael Mota) in the Portugal U19 vs England U19 match. 22bet support (specifically 'Fábio') lied to me via email saying the card was 'not visible'. They closed the ticket because they can't explain why they ignore the video evidence from the official Federation broadcast (Canal 11). They first said it was about goals, then about a coach's card at 37'. They are ignoring the PLAYER'S card at 31:37. Total fraud. I'm reporting this to the GCB (Curaçao Gaming Control Board) for operating with a DEFUNCT license (8048/JAZ).

UPDATE: After admitting they were wrong about the market (confusing goals with cards), 22bet has now officially 'closed' my case without paying, saying they have 'nothing more to add'. They are ignoring official video evidence. Formal complaint already filed with the CGA regulator. Thiefs!

My name is Alan George, and my 22bet ID is 328918077. I have deposited a lot of money on their platform. I have faced deposit delays twice; both times, they credited my money only after 30 days. Despite this, they never gave me any compensation for their mistake.
I have also lost a significant amount of money on their platform. Recently, I won a combo bet and tried to withdraw just ₹1000, which is not even close to 5% of my lifetime loss. Suddenly, my withdrawal was rejected, and they blocked all transactions on my account, including withdrawals, betting, and everything else.
I contacted their customer service via email. They asked for my Aadhaar photo, which I provided clearly. Then they asked for a PDF copy of my Aadhaar card, which I also submitted. However, it has been two days, and they have still not fixed the issue.
Their customer service is very rude and unprofessional. They are behaving very badly.
I will only take down this negative review if they fix my issue, as I have suffered a lot because of this platform.
