This company is totally fraud. I withdrew 10,000 rupees on 26 april and today is 28 may still i did not get my money.i have called them more than 20 times and main them more than 10 times but they are always saying that u would get money within 24 hours. I am tired of it. This is totally unacceptable.This is totally fraud.

I have never experienced anything like this with any betting company before.

At one point, I had around €1200 on my 22bet account, a large part of which came directly from my own deposits. After I finally started winning and making withdrawals, my account was suddenly restricted and I was accused of “multi-accounting” after almost 2 years of normal activity without any issues.

During the entire period when I was mostly losing money, nobody had any concerns about my account or verification status.

22bet informed me that I would be able to withdraw my deposit sum, but in the end, the full deposit amount was never returned.

After weeks of delays and constant circular responses, I finally received the account statement from their AML department. The documents clearly show that my final deposits (€400 and €261.11) were made AFTER my previous withdrawals had already been completed.

Instead of refunding those deposits properly, 22bet calculated everything using the entire account history from previous years and claimed that the overall balance was “zero”.

Even Skrill informed me that funds were missing according to their records and stated that 22bet did not properly respond regarding disputed transactions.

I submitted all requested documents multiple times — ID card, passport, selfies, Skrill records, transaction history — yet the process kept dragging on for weeks.

In my opinion, this is an extremely unfair way to treat players and I strongly advise everyone to be very careful when using this platform.

Especially if you start winning.

I had a very disappointing experience with 22Bet. After depositing and using the platform normally, my withdrawal was delayed and my account was repeatedly asked for verification documents even after I had already submitted them.

Customer support keeps giving generic answers without solving the issue. It feels like they make withdrawals unnecessarily difficult, especially when users try to cash out winnings.

I would strongly advise other players to be careful before depositing large amounts of money. Make sure you keep screenshots of all transactions and conversations with support.

I have used these guys since 2019, before then I was using 1xbet, let me break why they are the worst. First their customer support is useless, they always have technical difficulties and all they say is be patient, I have had to wait for both deposits and withdrawal multiple times for 7 days. An mpesa transaction is instant, why do they take 7 day, even deposits sometimes they take longer. My advice is to keep away from this fraud of a company. Most people deposit to place bets instantly, why does an mpesa deposit take 7 days to be deposited into my account. I still can't undertand. We should report them to the betting licensing board and cak. I'm the past when you made a deposit and they had an issues it would be fixed within a day, yet now it takes 7, how do services get worse when technology is getting better, there is even Ai.

Withdrawal blocked for 12 days after providing full KYC documentation. After submitting ID, driving license, selfie, utility bills and Skrill screenshots, they requested a birth certificate. I have finally obtained the birthday certificate, provided it, and was then asked for an additional selfie holding a handwritten code. Throughout the entire process my account was blocked for any betting.

After filing complaints with Casino.guru, AskGamblers, Kahnawake Gaming Commission and the Curaçao Gaming Authority, my withdrawal was eventually released. None of the regulators explicitly resolved it — but shortly after the escalations, the funds were processed.

My personal impression: the entire process feels deliberately designed to exhaust players and discourage withdrawals. The security team communicates in a way that feels dismissive, rude, and deeply unprofessional.

That said — if you find yourself in a similar situation, my advice is: stay calm, send only what is requested, keep responses short and factual, no emotions. Cooperate fully and be patient. It is the only way to have any chance of getting your money out.
